5 /5 sami foreman: I had the most incredible experience with Cory and the Auffenberg body shop team! Three weeks after getting our brand new 2025 Kia K5 it was hit by a deer. Instantly we ran into a whirlwind of issues with Kia. They had parts mislabeled in the system and other parts were on back order… indefinitely… with no updates being provided from Kia to the body shop. Cory went above and beyond, over 30 days with no answers from Kia, Cory went out of his way doing research on the missing parts. He found two on e-bay and solved the mislabeled part issue bringing our nightmare to a close. If it was not for Cory and the Auffenberg body shop team, who knows how long our brand new car would have been sitting unable to be used! I truly cannot thank them enough for their incredible customer service and hard work! Thank you!
