As a Fleet Manager, Im adding them to my list of shops to use when were in the area. Our truck blew a tire about an hour from them. After a bad customer service phone call with Road Ready, who was the closest, & few other shops who didnt have trucks available at the time, I found Bob & Rons. They were over an hour away from our truck but Dillon, who answered & eagerly ran the call, was great to work with. Honest & upfront with the ETA & price. They didnt act like it was a burden like so many other roadside companies do. Highly recommend!
