During my consultation they offered me multiple options for braces, at a range of costs, and multiple payment options. I was immediately impressed by the effort they put into my satisfaction before I was even a patient. During my treatment, I never had to wait for my appointment, every member of the staff was friendly and empathetic towards the needs of the patients. They always made sure I was comfortable. They keep up with the latest technology which made my experience with braces even easier. I was able to do the lingual braces, which I loved. No one knew I had braces unless I told them. Their rewards program, community outreach programs, and patient appreciation programs are fantastic. They have multiple locations and are flexible with where the patients go, which was so helpful to me. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone, any age.

The entire staff takes the time to make you feel important. You are not just another patient that they try to get in and out of the office to make room for the next patient, you are part of their family. I have recommended the office to anyone I hear mention that they may need braces in the future.

Professional, friendly always accommodating, ensuring that their patients are completely satisfied...... I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for my treatment. They make you feel completely comfortable from the very first day of your evaluation and through your treatment. Dr. "Jeff" and his staff make a great team, from the front desk to the treatment area! No need to look any further, you just found the best Orthodontist in the area!!!
