Andy Scott I haven’t been to this office in years. Ive been under the care of other dental professionals and wanted to get back to a local service I can trust. I made an appointment and unfortunately had influenza A at the time. I called the office to explain and flawlessly was rescheduled. I arrived at the office today and was asked to fill out paperwork (which I knew was going to happen and subsequently showed up at 3:30pm for a 4:00pm appointment). At 4:30pm I left the office with no service rendered. More importantly I was disappointed that the front office staff, who were likely aware the staff members were running behind schedule, had no common courtesy to inform me they while I sat waiting. I also took off work early…which means I missed pay as an hourly employee. Furthermore when I told the front desk that I had to leave, the front desks girl’s response was “okay.” As if she didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this office if you are looking for someone respectful of your time or generally courteous enough to explain the delay.

Jannie McCready I called the office as a new patient and they got me into an appointment very quick. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the took me back and the Doctor examined me. Dr. Riddle and the entire staff was great. I have found my new Dentist!

They were amazing with my 5 year old son. He gets so excited to go to the dentist. They were patient and down on his level, explaining things to him and answering all of his questions, dental and non-dental related. He even got to pick out a toy from the treasure chest when he was done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a great dental team.

He explains in great detail all of the procedures to be undertaken, addresses all questions, takes a personal interest in his patients, has an inviting and welcoming personality that puts the patient at ease. Got me in quickly, the place is very clean and nice, individual rooms for each patient, the nurse and doctor were extremely understanding and pleasant, they did a massive filling and saved my tooth from needing a root canal in under a hour! Bridget Munn I have never had a more disrespectful interaction. I was very transparent about the reason for my consultation. That information was ignored and not conveyed to anyone. I was very clear when making the appointment that I had past unexcepable experiences while seeking dental care. I very clearly stated I was not going through divulging my entire situation to more people. It is personal. And as providers who promote themselves as caring about patients, there is an implied level of compassion that does not exist. My appointment was at 1:30 pm. I completed the intake forms ahead of time. They were not even reviewed as I was continually asked questions contained in the paperwork. I was asked for my insurance card on the call making the appointment, upon arrival, during my extended wait in the waiting room, and again after the exorbitant wait. Multiple insurance carriers of all sorts have stopped issuing physical cards quite some time ago. The fact that the office staff doesnt know this is concerning, as that has to be one of the most basic things to know in insurance. I was on time for my appointment, promptly taken to the treatment area, had xrays taken, was examined by the doctor who explained emergent needs in my care. I was taken back to the waiting area around 2pm. as expected for a consultation appointment since this would allow another 30 minutes for the financial consultation and treatment plan review. Totaling an hour for a consultation appointment, completely expected. I was put off continually, while my wait was excused for various reasons. Finally, at 240pm, I was escorted to the office manager. Again, I was asked for an insurance card, all of my prior answers ignored and clearly not conveyed to anyone. The office manager, after making someone wait for 40 minutes, still had not completed the needed information for review. She then began trying to excuse not being ready by saying she needed a group number for insurance. 1. That isnt necessary. The phone should have been picked up, and a phone call made for benefits verification. 2. Dental and vision are the most straightforward, basic insurances that exist as there is very little difference between plans. Having been in healthcare for 15 years, 10 years being in practice management, I have 100% first-hand knowledge of the subject. Again very concerning that your office manager has no concept of this. My time was absolutely not respected, the appointment was an 1hr 15 minutes, 40 of that just waiting to come back to incomplete information. When I saw this was the case and asked the information be emailed to me, the disrespect just continued as I was looked at like I was completely unreasonable. I have, as of now not received the plan for treatment your doctor deemed emergent. Nor an apology. It seems you have the same overview as all offices, dental care is reserved for those you deem worthy, and clearly I dont meet your standards. I clearly was taking up important time, and I just didnt take the hint after I was just left to wait while having excuses made. I said when I made the appointment I would not be humiliated again and this was my last attempt for care. To add injury to insult, a 100 % honest review was returned with a gaslighting response. I did indeed supply not only my insurance carrier name but my member ID which is my social security number, again a very common practice among dental and vision carriers. The fact that the office manager is obvlious to very basic insurance knowledge is beyond concerning. Beware this is clearly not a friendly or professional practice.

I only trust his expertise and office with my teeth. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Workman, and I appreciate all you do for me.

Katie Thomas We saw Dr. Workman awhile ago. We were told that once they had everything pre approved through insurance and had an estimate for work we would receive a call back. Over 6 weeks later I called the office back and told hey had no information for me. Called back a couple weeks later and was told they still didn’t have any information for me. I asked to speak with their office manager and was informed “they do not have one”. They stated that Dr. Workman takes care of all that. I then asked to speak with Dr. Workman. They told me they would have him reach out to me. I’ve requested that phone call three times and still have never received a phone call back from their office. When we initially had our appointment, I thought this office was great and that we would really like it here. But, the communication has obviously been nonexistent. I have worked in many different facets of the medical field for well over 20 years and this has been one of the worst communication experiences I have ever had. Would be wonderful if the doctor saw these reviews and reached out.

Megan Gaines From start to finish my experience has been perfect. I visited 5 orthodontists before deciding on this one. During my consultation they offered me multiple options for braces, at a range of costs, and multiple payment options. I was immediately impressed by the effort they put into my satisfaction before I was even a patient. During my treatment, I never had to wait for my appointment, every member of the staff was friendly and empathetic towards the needs of the patients. They always made sure I was comfortable. They keep up with the latest technology which made my experience with braces even easier. I was able to do the lingual braces, which I loved. No one knew I had braces unless I told them. H A Highly recommend Dr. Pugeda and his staff. He is knowledgeable and conservative. He won’t recommend extra work on your teeth unless it’s absolutely necessary. It takes me a long time to trust a dentist but he has earned my trust over the years. We have been going to him as a family for probably 10 years now. His front office personnel is also super helpful. They communicate with me via text and it’s SO amazingly easy to schedule / reschedule appointments and / or get a prescription refill. It’s so helpful and they are very responsive via text. It has made my life much easier. Looks like the doctor also invests into new technologies. Just a nice office, nice people and great customer/patient service!!!

Marta Olano Dr Holmen was amazing & so kind. I battle mental health so I havent taken very good care of my teeth & he was so understanding & non judgemental & they got me in within an hour because I had an abcessed gum. I highly recomemd them.
