Hentscher-Johnson Orthodontics - Waterloo Emma Day: Every visit is a great visit! The staff is always welcoming and the appointments are smooth and running on time. During the visit, the staff explains each procedure so that the parents are in the know but also so that the children understand and feel comfortable. Additionally, I love how my children are talked to so as to be a part of the decision-making process as well. My three children love coming to see Dr. Jodi and her staff!
