1 /5 Andy Scott: I haven’t been to this office in years. Ive been under the care of other dental professionals and wanted to get back to a local service I can trust. I made an appointment and unfortunately had influenza A at the time. I called the office to explain and flawlessly was rescheduled. I arrived at the office today and was asked to fill out paperwork (which I knew was going to happen and subsequently showed up at 3:30pm for a 4:00pm appointment). At 4:30pm I left the office with no service rendered. More importantly I was disappointed that the front office staff, who were likely aware the staff members were running behind schedule, had no common courtesy to inform me they while I sat waiting. I also took off work early…which means I missed pay as an hourly employee. Furthermore when I told the front desk that I had to leave, the front desks girl’s response was “okay.” As if she didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this office if you are looking for someone respectful of your time or generally courteous enough to explain the delay.
