1 /5 Victoria Elizabeth: By far the WORST place to go!!! I’m honestly embarrassed to even go in public with these nails. After the lady told me she couldn’t do what I asked her to do (see last picture) this is what was done. This lady had no idea what she was doing. My nails aren’t smooth, she used an electric file on my skin to get the mess of nail polish that was all over my hands off and they look like complete crap!! This is my second time going to this place because I was given a gift card and everything in me did not wanna go back because the first time was just as bad! But I figured “how bad could it be just getting a fill?” I walked out paying $120 for this and pedicure!! Which I thought the pedicure wasn’t that bad till later at night I took my socks off and realized I still had so much callus! Not to mention I told them MULTIPLE times I didn’t want no chip and they still used it anyway. They push it on you to up charge you. If I could give 0 stars I would! I will be taking my business elsewhere and I hope everyone else does as well. Do better!

1 /5 Laura Richardson: This place is horrible came in Saturday 12/14/24 to get my nails done and the guy doing my nails did a horrible job will never go back. I wish I could give it a zero terrible. Going back because there going to fix my polish.

1 /5 Brenda Allen: This place used to be the best but it is not and they probably would be better but the owner/manager has a very nasty attitude and I see her being the reason for the decline. Cindy is very nice and thorough and so is John. Because of the manager, I will not be going back!

1 /5 Laine Madison: Had my nails done by Jenny and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The place was not busy at all, however she was incredibly rushed in everything she did and she was SO rude. She did not soak off my gel polish but instead ripped all of it off with the little drill file. I had one nail that was broke and needed a fake tip, it was so crooked it was almost touching the nail to the left of it and she told me that’s “just how my nail goes.” I said no it’s not, it’s never done that before and my other hand doesn’t do that either. She didn’t let me look through any of the polish while she was working but instead handed me ONE swatch (out of their 10+ different swatches) right before she was ready to paint my nails and rushed me to hurry up and pick out a color. The gel polish she applied did not match the one I picked AT ALL and she put it on so thick that it dried with a drip running over my nail, they look disgusting and the polish is all over my skin. I went straight to L’Amour nails when she was finished and paid full price just to have them re-done. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

1 /5 Mya Willams: I took my daughter here to get her nails done for a very special occasion! The customer service was horrible. My daughter showed them a picture of a full set with white polish they tell us they don’t have white polish and advised us to go to another nail salon for what she wanted! In all my years of getting my nails done I have never seen or heard of such white is a basic color! To top it off we are new to the area if this is how you treat new customers it’s no wonder why you only had one customer. Please don’t waste your time and money at Bar Nails! Go to Tom’s where they sent us! This place deserves 0 stars
