It’s true, Paul is very knowledgeable, and he takes joy in sharing that knowledge. Every time I talk with him, I learn something new about either my car or cars in general, and he never makes me feel stupid for not knowing in the first place. I’m big on preventative maintenance. Paul is very good about running diagnostics, printing up the reports for me and when he suggests maintenance, he shows me pictures of my car to explain what and why he is suggesting it.
Bonus: Not only is Paul knowledgeable, he is professional, dependable and trustworthy too!
