5 /5 Tony R: I dont know about the other two reviewers but my experience with K & K was exceptional! I went to K&K because they were recommended to me by two different people that I know personally. I had to have my truck towed there and they took care of all of the initial details totally over the phone. Once my truck was on their lot they called and talked to me about what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. In this case I already knew what was wrong with my vehicle. So when they called me to the repairs and options, their cost for parts and labor was almost exactly what I expected. We agreed to start the work and they ended up calling me when they discovered some additional issues. There was no upsell, just an honest explanation of other things that they found that would be cheaper to fix while they had the entire front half of the engine apart, rather than later. In total the two repairs that they did for me ended up being cheaper than their initial estimate/s and they did some hose replacement, fluid top off, etc as part of the total cost. Upon completion of the work they offered to show me my old parts and gave me a rundown of everything they did. Overall it was a really good experience. The guy who did the work is also the owner and I appreciated that level of personal service.
