After refusing to honor his agreement, he later sent an offensive text message insulting the family friend that drove my husband there to finalize the sale.

1 /5 Barbara Bergman: Had work done at this location. First off was quoted 250.00 for each job that was parts and labor. Had a power steering pump and a universal joint replaced. My job was authorized on the 18th and they put my job off for two others that came in I am supposing were more money rgan mine. Finally they got to mine and that was on Thursday 24th no one called me or anything I had to call driday evening was told it was done they would call me back with total. SATURDAY MORING I called again the mechanic told me it was done and told me rge total. I questioned the amount he told me to talk with the owner when i got there. Spoke with owner the price went up 300.00 more than what i was quoted i quested why tgey said that is what it is never a phone calk nothing not even a chance for us to decide if we wanted to go ahead with rhe job or not. This business is a Scam they are ignorant and self centered do not care about the customer never gave thought to if we wanted the work done or not

1 /5 Ron Eichelberger: This place is not what it use to be. Owner uses his old customer base but ships the work out to other garages then adds to the bill when work is compete, if it even is. There isnt even a mechanic on premise. Beware....

1 /5 Chartia Mitchell: I wouldn’t go to this shop if I were you ! I purchased a Ford Escape and needed work done , before taking it to PETE we had our truck looked at by Ford and a personal mechanic. There were minor issues wrong like brakes and rotors coolant etc, when I purchased the truck it came with a warranty, so we weren’t worried about the prices due to the warranty company covering the charges. Pete stated that he wanted us to pay up front since it would take a few days to get a check from the claim, that was a red flag there. Fast forward, we brought the truck in & not even 3 hours later he calls saying that my truck needed a battery and a alternator ( before we took the car to Pete we had that specifically looked at due to a recall, it was done by Ford) so we knew he was lying. After naming several other things he said he would come up with prices in the morning and get started. THE ONLY THING I ASKED HIM TO FIX WAS THE TURBO WHICH IS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. He never once stated that it had to be fixed . I told Pete we wanted to have our mechanic take another look before there was any work done and his entire demeanor changed, & that’s when he finally mentioned the turbo needing fixing which we already knew. Pete is money hungry and was trying to run a scam since we had a warranty. Knowing certain things would be fully covered under the warranty I believe he wasn’t even going to repair the damages he claimed my truck had more so just keep the money for himself. Also if you’re young Pete will try to take advantage thinking you don’t know anything about car we only knew about this shop because our warranty company said it was the closest shop in the area that they had at partnership with
