5 /5 Movin It with Mel: Kristy was great - very friendly and personable! The rest of the crew I didnt get to see or interact with as they were doing the service, but they were very fast. I was able to get the oil change and tires aired up on my lunch hour with a half hour to spare. Excellent, fast service, and theyre informative about specials and discounts. I highly recommend Big Rays in Jacksonville!
