Kala Atchison I didnt just get great service with my vehicles. I got the best conversations in the world with each and every one that has been in either of those garages. It is, but its a great man. So isnt his wife Lisa? I grew up in that garage.

Into The void We went here on July 12th, 2021. We got a oil change, one new windshield wiper and vacuum and windows washed and fluids checked . The service was fast and polite however my one complaint was an extra $5 -$10 for the window wash and vacuum and it didnt look like it had been done ( pictures attached) . This took all of maybe ten minutes and the price was $71.34 total . There was no wait to get in and no masks required .

Justin Lash Poor quality of paint and repair. I know I am meticulous with my vehicles but the lack of workmanship shows. One picture is the gloss black badge and the other pic is the flat finish badge....they didnt even bother to check the match.

Mike Clark Accidentally filled up with gas instead of diesel. Got me in despite being super busy to drain my tank and got me back on the road to finish my move. Much appreciated, excellent service.

Shayna Sullivan Absolutely terrible service. I made an appointment with him almost a week in advance to look at my car on my only day off. He did not even touch my car all day. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he said he would definitely get to it the next day. So again, I left my car with him all day and had to ask for rides everywhere while he "worked on" my car. Again, same thing, he didnt touch it all day when I came back to get it. He has no sense of organization what so ever. I was a re occurring customer for years for my oil changes and he did the same thing with booking appointments with that. Never again. I will be taking all my services elsewhere from now on and you should too!!! Absolutely terrible.

Meredith Vogel-Thomas After 10 years of consistently outstanding service we have been disappointed on our last three visits. Each time we have scheduled an oil change with a tire rotation. At each instance we have arrived to learn that the tire rotation had not been completed. On one occasion the incorrect product was used for an oil change. We are saddened and disappointed by the degradation of service offered here. Hopefully the owners and management will work with new staff to provide a better customer experience.

And it would be $$ so I went with it, knowing they knew what they were doing.. 5600 miles later and old Lola is still going hard at it.. pulling 4000lbs over the Rockies, twice... Troy Fuhrman My family has now purchased 3 sets of Tires from Steve this Summer. Now my Business is buying tires from them too. The prices are right at what they should be...but you get free rotations for the life of the tires when you visit the store. Highly Recommended

Madelaine Stimac We were recommended this place after being told at the dealership that they could not help us. Our A/C unexpectedly went out coming home from Michigan (from KC). We assumed there was no quick-fix to be had and just wanted someone to confirm what was going and maybe provide us some insight on what to do. The woman at the front greeted us at the door and as we told her what was going on she bluntly said “well I can look at it, won’t fix it though” then walked back into the bay. By the end of the visit, our fears had been confirmed, and we knew we had a long 4 hours ahead of us with a grumpy infant. We are thankful for her at least looking up where the part would be and how soon they could get it in (next week) but it was the initial coldness that rubbed us the wrong way. I hope that this is not typical customer service and that it was just as frustrating a day for her as it was for us.

Jackal Dropped my car off and only took them 2 days to make new again after hitting a deer. And not only were they fast but the quality far surpassed what I have experienced from other shops before. Hopefully I wont need a body shop again but if I do I will return here without hesitation 10/10

Rob Wright Amazing service. We broke down on the way to a family reunion. Stopped in Jacksonville, ill. It was the starter. Clint had his truck tow our truck to the shop. Then he came with his personal truck and towed our 5th wheel to the local campground, where we stayed for the night. He came and picked us up to get the truck. They even washed it. The cost was reasonable. We cannot say enough about how great Clint and his staff were. He went way above and beyond. Thank you Clint.

TJ McClure Clints a great guy, seriously hes good people. Came out freezing cold in the snow to help me early in the morning. The people at his shop were nice to me too.

Blessings Bed & Breakfast Gwenn Eyer Staff are friendly and professional. Repair rates seem pretty standard. Plan ahead. We had to wait several weeks to get in for body work, twice - front and back bumpers, on an older VW. Once they have it, it takes a little while. My car looks beautiful now! Very professional work. They cleaned all the dog hair out of the car interior before we picked it up, and that was an unexpected bonus! I am not sure that repairing headlights is normally part of body work; I just made the assumption that it was. Each time we picked up the car there was a problem with lights. One was a headlight and the second time the tail lights did not work. They were quick to get it in to fix it, but when we picked it up the last time, one marker light doesn’t work. I just let it go, because I wanted to drive the car. I would certainly rely on them again.

robb zeller I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. Brandon takes the the time to go over all the options you have instead of just gong with the most expensive option. Super friendly family affair there and I have had nothing but positive, financially friendly experiences as well for the work I have had done. I have had other family members also leave happy and have now begun sending my work vehicles here for repairs as well.

Carol Blackburn About a year ago I hit a raccoon and had my bumper replaced. Wreck-a-mended painted the bumper and replaced it for me. About 6 months later the paint began chipping off. I showed them what was happening and they told me it was from bugs hitting the bumper and would repair it for the full price I already paid 6 months earlier. I returned again after more paint had chipped. This time he told me I must have been hit and he would repaint it for $500. I do not recommend Wreck-a-mended.

In a time when great customer service is hard to find Tom Finch and his staff never disappoint. I have worked at car dealerships most of my life and Tom Finch Automotive gives you better service than most of the service departments at the dealerships. I will take my car nowhere else!
