2 /5 Madelaine Stimac: We were recommended this place after being told at the dealership that they could not help us. Our A/C unexpectedly went out coming home from Michigan (from KC). We assumed there was no quick-fix to be had and just wanted someone to confirm what was going and maybe provide us some insight on what to do. The woman at the front greeted us at the door and as we told her what was going on she bluntly said “well I can look at it, won’t fix it though” then walked back into the bay.
By the end of the visit, our fears had been confirmed, and we knew we had a long 4 hours ahead of us with a grumpy infant. We are thankful for her at least looking up where the part would be and how soon they could get it in (next week) but it was the initial coldness that rubbed us the wrong way.
I hope that this is not typical customer service and that it was just as frustrating a day for her as it was for us.
