1 /5 Chris Weiand: Steer clear of these clowns, their work is horrible and customer service even worse. The work performed looks like a middle school kid did the work. Stevie Wonder could do a better job. You tell them what is needed, and they forget, dont write anything down, had the car for 2+weeks while we were out on vacation. Come home and still not done. Then tell me to bring the car back, I do. And they buff it out thinking that will fix it. Only to get compound on the plastic and stain it. Put a mark on the hood, which wasnt even damaged. Then youd think they would call you to make it right.... no such thing. I wouldnt let these guys touch my grandsons big-wheel!

1 /5 Marco Antonio: If i could give 0 stars i would. Only used them since they are located in my area. They had my car for over a week and a half & for 2-3 days of work, with no updates given to me during this time. I had to take it back after i got it back because the “new” bumper was damaged and the paint was bubbling where they did work. This is when they had it for 6 more days. I Also noticed they drove my car without my permission as i have an airtag on my fob and in vehicle, this i thought was the most unprofessional thing i encountered not to mention the customer service, what customer service????. I am all for local small businesses but I would stay clear of this place, I would NEVER trust them to do any kind of work to anyones car. Look at all this overspray on my windows that will not come off, they did not replace the PPF (clear film protectant that goes over the door and handle. Buffing compound everywhere, received my car back with their tools in my car, dusty dash and broken push pins on my shield.

5 /5 John Ford: It has been the best experience ive ever had dealing with auto body repairs. It hasnt been picked up yet. the experience with talking to Shannon, I know he cares that its done right, and in a timely fashion. I did get the vehicle back a few days ago. the paint was done perfect. it looks better then it did before the accident. Highly recommend their services.

1 /5 Gerardo Alvarez: Not sure if it’s because we’re Hispanic or what but the customer service is really poor. They’re rude when you talk to them over the phone, Not sure exactly as to why the snotty attitude. Disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. My in laws vehicle has been in for over a week with no update. I’d advise all my Hispanic people to watch out with these people. I can see we’re not the first to experience this poor behavior from this well known establishment. Such a shame…

5 /5 Melissa Montoya: I had an accident and the insurance covered everything and one of their listings what Boone County Auto Body Incorporated decided to bring my car here. It longer than expected but the RESULT were amazing. Highly this place⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
