5 /5 Laura Mosier: Brighter Smiles & Beauty is amazing! From start to finish Jada was very attentive and explained everything that was going to happen. I have never done anything like this before, so I was unsure of the process. I chose the Advance Whitening procedure which I felt was very reasonable priced. It’s close to 2 hours from start to finish. 45 minutes for setup, which is crucial to protect your gums and 1 hour for whitening. My teeth went up 12 levels and I’m very pleased with the results. I instantly felt very comfortable with Jada. She asked me often if I was doing ok. I’m so glad I did this and especially that I chose Brighter Smiles & Beauty.

5 /5 Jilian Tucker: I had an amazing experience getting my teeth whitened, she was so friendly and informative about my sensitive teeth and took the time to explain it to me so that the whole process was worry free. I did the session for sensitive teeth and unfortunately because of my own sensitivity was not able to do the full 40 min session. Even tho I was unable to only do about 25 minutes my teeth are several shades whiter and it’s a very noticeable difference. She was so kind, helpful, and educated about the entire process! 10/10 would recommend!

Sydney Franklin: Worst experience EVER!! went in originally with a balayage from my natural brown to blonde. I asked for my natural brown hair with some light highlights. I showed them pictures on my phone and since its a school, I told them if they couldnt do it / it was too hard, I would be perfectly fine with just all over brown. Before they started I told them please I dont want any of this blonde at the bottom and they said yeah yeah no worries. After 7 hours of sitting in their chair, with the teacher (COLLEEN) coming over checking every step, she "ok"ed it and I could only see the top and it wasnt what I wanted but Ive had blonde hair so I didnt mind because whatever, its a school. Then a day or two later I went on vacation and out my hair in a pony tail and had my dad take a picture of what my hair looked like. When I tell you I almost cried….. it was horrible. How could the teacher ok this hair?? I came back from my vacation and immediately got it fixed at another hair salon that charged me more than they wouldve if I just hadnt went to this school. I called the school and asked if there was anything they could do, but she said no and that I wouldve had to gone back to them, they couldve fixed it. I was there for SEVEN hours, it was $90, so of course Im not going to go back after that. They didnt even offer me a water or anything! Ive gotten my hair done by multiple student salons before and it has never been this horrible. I highly recommend NOT COMING HERE! (These photos were taken a week to a week and a half after they did my photos, so the highlights being THIS orange is insane.)

annika snyderr: I nervously reached out to the brow artist at ulta because I practically had caterpillars above my eyes. I had gotten them waxed other places and had terrible experiences. The brow artist, Katie, listened to my concerns and was extremely patient and professional the entire time. She made sure I was happy with my eyebrows before I left, which I feel like is unfortunately uncommon. She suggested a lamination and wow, I’m so glad she did! I will never be nervous to get my brows done as long as she’s a brow artist here. Seriously, go see her!
