5 /5 Melissa Debartolo: Ive recently started going to this salon within the last year. I came here to see my regular nail tech, Anna. Ive been seeing her since 2020 and I drive 45 mins to Plainfield just to see her! She always does an incredible job and I get so many compliments on my nails. I get dip nails usually and they are never ever super thick or lumpy like I unfortunately experienced before I started seeing her. She is new to this salon so I wanted to give her a shout out! Dont sleep on her, she is the best!

2 /5 Evynn Davis: had been coming here for 9 months and just had the absolute worst experience ever at a nail salon. unfortunately no one gave me their names in this interaction. the young-ish guy who did my nails (not Tony) did an absolutely abhorrent job. he was rushing because he “had another client”. i got dip powder and he kept adding things to the nail process without telling me what it was. he added something and said “they’re going to have a hard time getting that off” whatever the HELL that means, I’m scared. he messed up my top coat 3x before giving up and saying he was done. i got up to leave because i was exhausted and frustrated and was resigned to coming back the next day to get them fixed. simple: if you have clients, DO NOT accept a walk-in, rush service, and destroy their skin & nails. i sat down in my car and he had cured gel UV to my skin on the back of my hand (like, on my finger knuckles!) and the UV gel from my nail to my finger tip. i was bleeding and in pain. i couldn’t get the gel off by picking at it myself so i went back in. the older woman who runs the front desk said that there was nothing they could do to fix it today and to come back tomorrow when they have time. they ended up taking me after i was crying and begged them to do something because of the actual pain i was in. the younger woman who fixed my nails was extremely polite, professional, and got them fixed for me. even took delicate care of peeling off the nail polish instead of using acetone because she didn’t want to dry out my skin. i wish i got her name because every time she has done my nails they have been great. two stars because after 15 times of going to this salon, this was the only negative experience. no discount, no refund, nothing for the pain and mistakes on their end. $67 for this endeavor before any tips given out (and yes, i tipped the guy who made me bleed. as crappy as a job he did, he still did a service). i can barely do regular daily tasks like close a window or wash my hands because of the cuts on my fingers from the guy who did them. time to find a new nail salon unfortunately.

The first time I went to her, I told her I typically have trouble with bails staying on and so I dont get them regularly. She told me she would help make sure they stayed, and I havent had that issue sense. She is so sweet and does such an amazing job. Every design I have shown her she has knocked out of the park. I highly recommend you go visit Anna for your next nail appointment
