5 /5 Walter Spearman: Immediately I was greeted by the receptionist with a welcoming smile and attitude. It definitely made me feel comfortable, due to the fact this was my first visit. The dental hygienist was equally as welcoming and friendly as the receptionist.Very thorough and informative every step of the way during the process. I never had to wonder what she was doing in the process , she explained everything point by point. Obviously, kindness is contagious here. The doctor and the young lady that went over my insurance, were also very helpful and polite. I apologize for not remembering the names of the staff that cared for me. Nonetheless, thank you for such a pleasant experience. The rest of my day was better because of it.

5 /5 Caleb G: I had a filling fall out and was planning on looking for a new dentist. I noticed Burch Dental was close to home so I went online to see what other people thought of them. It was mostly positive so I checked if my insurance was taken by them and it was. I stopped by and made an appointment. A reasonable time frame was given. My mouth was sensitive where the filling had exited the premises. My experience with the staff was great and they dental assistant/hygienist showed me exactly where the filling was suppose to be. The dentist was nice, he refilled my tooth and took care of a small cavity in the same area. My gums in that area feel normal again. Communication about the appointment and necessary required information was quick.

We found Dr Seelander at Burch North Main He has helped my husband and myself with several issues that we had let go for a couple of years due to buying a new house and all that goes along with that. Dr Seelander and his staff are absolutely outstanding! He has an extremely light touch and has resolved our dental issues with zero pain, and no discomfort of any kind. Each person there was very professional and FUN! I thoroughly enjoyed my dental experience!

Dr. Katherine Stewart, DDS - Loves Park Tess Water: DR. Katherine Stewart and her staff are so wonderful. Very clean and neat environment. Well organized friendly staff always. Not to mention Dr. Stewart does an outstanding job and is very passionate about her work. Her hygienist has been cleaning my teeth going on 3 years and she is such kind and caring person and very passionate about her work and takes the time to educate you on better hygiene care for your teeth. The entire staff is so thorough and efficient Id say this is by far one of the better offices in all in this area.

Oral & Facial Surgery Center, LTD - Rockford Veronica Mathews: They were great! 13 teeth removed in about 1.5 hours, including being under anesthesia. No problems after surgery. They prepared me for everything and even gave me chapstick. They used dissolvable stitches, so need to go return.

I cant say enough positive things about Dr Hermanson, Dr Dimke, & every staff member who works with them, & this is coming from an anxious individual w/lifelong sensitive gums, who has had to spend alot of time there, all of it postive. Its also the best, & only teeth cleaning Ive had that didnt leave me w/a headache & gums too tender to eat for few days-and it was also the most thorough cleaning Ive had. Id send my loved ones here, in fact my Mom was a patient, & Dad still is. I look forward to my new teeth & having a smile again at the end of this dental journey, and Im grateful for Riverside Dental Center as a result.

I came in scared, as I always do going to a dentist but at Cosic they make you feel like your not sitting in a dentist chair at all! I got a nice blanket today for my lap as it was cold and rainy! My whole experience was pain free. THANK YOU Dr. Carlson so much for your gentle, kind care today, and my tooth Looks Amazing! Its never looked this good!! It doesnt hurt at all! Dr. Jason Carlson, D.M.D. - Carlson Dentistry - Rockford Mike Bjerke: I recently had my first appointment with Carlson Dentistry. This was the most thorough dental exam and explanation I’ve ever had, with reviews of X-rays and photos thoroughly explained. There was even a review of the differences between all of toothpaste and mouthwash brands. Enlightening, to say the least. The cleaning was extremely thorough. Past dental hygienists did not spend nearly the time nor put forth the effort compared to this visit. Extremely pleased with the switch and will certainly remain a patient.
