3 /5 Ava Wallace: I have been getting acrylic nails for years and this has never happened! This is my first time coming to CJ nails to get acrylics. Getting the nails on was great and I loved how they turned out, but getting them off was not okay, and I think there needs to be a better way of taking acrylics off. While getting my nails off today, part of my nail got ripped off with the acrylic and began to bleed. It hurt! I got no “Im sorry,” I just got a blank stare. This especially won’t be good for work because I am a CNA and use my hands a lot, so it’ll cause some hinderance to my work. Overall the nail work was great but removal was painful.

2 /5 violet sixx: I’ve been going here about a year with my mom. Usually have a wonderful experience. Never had a complaint prior to today. There is one female tech there Annie. She is WONDERFUL and sooooo talented. Any design I bring her she has been anor to do without issue…. Soooooo beyond impressed with her and her husband is so kind. Today my second favorite tech was in the middle of doing my nails….. and another customer walks in saying they want a pedicure and it can only be done by the tech working on my nails. I normally will go with the flow and don’t mind switching techs as long as they can do what I’m asking. Today however, Jason tells the tech working on me to go assist this new customer… and I’m left sitting for 20 minutes to look around. Also , Jason didn’t listen to my mom when she told him what she wanted. My mom is non confrontational so of course didn’t say anything. I was a loyal customer and tipped very well to anyone who touched us… that could be 4 techs in one visit I would tip if they switched on us. Well today was extremely rude and no matter how much I enjoy Annie and her husband conversations and getting nails done by them…. My mom and I won’t be back after today.

1 /5 Damecia Carson: Horrible, the old guy was HORRIBLE. Instead of looking like a stereotype or letting my anger get the best of me. I went to my car and called to express my displeasure with my services I was told they dont have time to correct nor an utterance of wanting to fix the problem at a later date. My toes looked like a preschool child did them. They cater to others I witnessed. I didnt get the younger kid with the tattoos that usually does pedicures, he is so personable always left him a good tip and his thoroughness appreciated massages great. All that said I was not pleased and I will not return. Zoom in on the photos.

1 /5 Griffen Honey: Had an appointment for 11am and we got in about 10 minutes early and still waited until noon for them to start the nails. Terrible customer service, the staff were very rude about me trying to pick out a color. My nail artist was on a FaceTime call with her daughter the whole time she was working on my nails and she was also working on my nails while also doing another lady’s nails so it took over two hours to get my nails fully done. The nails were mediocre at best and they charge ridiculous prices because why is a short length French tip with a little star 118$??
