    Adonna Powell: Was referred to bring my car here for an ignition switch problem.I ended up paying 565 dollars only to have my car returned and it still isnt fixed.Now I have to get a jump for it to even start. It​ took 3 weeks exactly to finally get it back and during the three weeks I didnt receive many calls about the progress of my vehicle.More than once when I called to ask for information I was hung up on and he also would clear me and not return calls or texts. Now Im basically in the same boat. I gave him all my money and still cant drive my car without​ a jump. Please do not take your vehicle there. If it was possible to give 0 stars thats what it would be.

It is the quickest oil change - and I see them check the tires, check fluids - and do all the things that I think other places lie about. We recommend this to friends who are Augie students, and they had a great experience too, so theyre not taking advantage of young people either.

Then I noticed Evan was actually really trying to find me the best price and the most quality parts, there surely is something that will come up and then theyll show their true side. Ive been let down to many times and kept my guards up but its true these guys (and gal) really are the "real deal". Excellent customer service throughout the service cycle. Kelli, Evan and Mike always kept me up to date, informed and treated me like a real person. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place A+, and it came under quote price and gave me some money back! absolutely unheard of in todays world.

    Dixie Winter: Stopped a couple of days ago to get a price on getting oil changed and tires rotated. Was given an amount and thought it was very reasonable compared to the dealerships. Took car in today to drop it off and was told it would be about double what I had been quoted. But, unfortunately my ride was there for an appointment and there wasnt time to take it back home. And, I thought the cost was similar to a dealership. But, I checked my previous records from dealers and it was about $30 dollars higher than I had ever paid at Honda. And that was supposed to include a free tire rotation. When I questioned it further, they denied giving me a lower price. They also said that I absolutely had to use full synthetic oil because that was all they offered, even though specifications do not say I had to have that.

    Jacob Blumer: They worked on my company vehicle with 1 issue, all was well. Thought we found a good mechanic. The next time we had 3 problems, I asked if he had it, assuming he could remember. Said truck was ready, so we picked it up and paid... issue not resolved had it towed back. Next day they call and say good to go. We picked it up and overheat once again. I asked them to do a pressure test and they said did no issues. 3rd time we pick up we over heat once again. Turns out it was the top hose from radiator to engine.... a pressure test would have found it. I replace myself and gave them one more shot with ac front and back on a 3rd vehicle. They fixed front ac but not the back. I asked why they cant write things down and he says we dont need your business. Wow okay. If you have a single issue and you know what it is great place. If your looking for simple trouble shooting and customer service not the place to go
