CarX wanted $600 to work on one aspect of my failing car and I wasnt sure if it was worth it because the car had other issues and wasnt worth much. So I took it to Cecils and asked him to assess it. The guy who helped me discovered that the car wasnt going to survive no matter how much money I spent on it. And heres he kicker: he helped me so much but didnt even want to charge for his services. Even if it only took him 20 minutes, what he did for me was worth so much to my bottom line. It was incredibly kind of him to not ask for anything in return. Im really sad that Im moving away because this place would be my go-to shop for everything else I need in the future. Theyre super honest and helpful!

1 /5 JD Strode: This guy was a total D$%& on the phone. I called three times from my work line and was hung up on like I was a telemarketer and then finally reached him on my cell on the fourth time. Upon disclosing that I was the customer he hung up on three times (yes he told me he was hanging up on me before I could even speak), he didnt even apologize. He then asked what I wanted and I told him I had a mustang that needed a check-up. His response was "sorry you have a f&#*ing mustang" - click. Completely unacceptable

I received numerous recommendations from friends in the area to look at Fifth Dimension for the repair service. After working with insurance who conveniently also recommended Fifth Dimension, I decided to pull the trigger with this company. For a first time experience having to have auto-body repairs completed, Fifth Dimension made it easy and clear what exactly was to be expected throughout the entire process and the charges associated. From the hours and availability for drop off and pick up, to the employees who greeted me and conversed with me at the shop, I was very impressed. No question went unanswered, and the service was completed sooner than expected. Communication was effective, and not overdone like some places. On the delivery of the finished vehicle, it was absolutely spotless and looked as good, if not slightly better, as when I purchased the vehicle new. I will absolutely be recommending Fifth Dimension to family and friends moving forward, and if my vehicle just so happens to be damaged again in the future (Respectfully, I hope not!), I wont skip a beat to return to Fifth Dimension.

Christian: Visit 1: I called and told them I have a 1957 Bel Air with a power glide and that I would like them to take a look. Lady at the front desk told me to bring it by. I called 4 hours later to ask about how it’s going. I was told that they couldn’t get to my car for the day. Aggravating, but I understand. I don’t like leaving my car outside in the rain across town but it happens. I just wish they didn’t tell me they were free to see me and then tell me that they can’t make it in. However, things happen and I wanted to be reasonable. Visit 2: My transmission is no longer operable and it’s not their fault at all. I called and asked if I can tow it and the lady said no problem. Same issue. 4 hours later I am back and paying for another tow to take my car home. They said that the transmission is too old, they don’t want to work on it and my vehicle still has not been brought inside. I’m out $130 in towing fees and my car hasn’t seen the inside of the shop. Both trips could have been avoided if they just communicated better. You could have told me EVERYTHING over the phone. My time and money have been wasted. Please save yours and avoid this spot. They did however offer for me to remove my transmission send it out or replace with another oem powerglide for $1700 not including the cost of repair or replacement, just the removal and reinstall. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

They offered to stabilize the bumper for my drive to California with a few screws and recommended repairing there where I had a longer time window. I appreciated the customer service from the team that helped me including the front desk gentleman.
