Jeremy King: I have given them too many chances, due to price, but the service makes it worth paying more for the better service. You would think how bad could the service be for balancing and rotations. I have never had a road hazard claim with Farm and Fleet, so i cannot speak to that. Having my vehicles for the entire day to call after it should have been finished hours ago, has happened several times. Everything went down hill when some new guy sold me BF Goodrich tires buy 3 get one free. After I paid and they were delivered they tried to refund my money, refused to service my vehicles, called to tell me wrong information, and seems like every-time they balance and rotate my tires I have to take them back within days to have them rebalanced. This was with 5 different vehicles. I am switching them over to a different place for better service and similar prices. Do not recommend.

billy Irvin: The location on Martin Luther King Drive is awsome! The staff there couldnt be more kind and helpful. I have done business there on several occasions. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the Taylorville Rd store. I called to inquire about getting a new set of tires balanced for my pickup truck. The man who answered the phone acted like I was really putting him out by calling. I asked if I needed an appointment and he made a snide comment about farmers showing up whenever they wanted. I hung up and made an appointment with Walker Tire in Clinton later that day and they did an excellent job!

Natalie Gillis: Straightforward, helpful & friendly - something you rarely get with tow truck/roadside companies. As a Fleet Manager, Im adding them to my list of shops to use when were in the area. Our truck blew a tire about an hour from them. After a bad customer service phone call with Road Ready, who was the closest, & few other shops who didnt have trucks available at the time, I found Bob & Rons. They were over an hour away from our truck but Dillon, who answered & eagerly ran the call, was great to work with. Honest & upfront with the ETA & price. They didnt act like it was a burden like so many other roadside companies do. Highly recommend!
