I took my family here for two cleanings and gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. My mistake. The quality of the cleanliness of the office is pure nasty. Prophy paste is seen all over the chairs. The soap dispenser where the Dr. and assistants are to clean their hands before procedure look like they are growing mold. Not only is the cleanliness of the office horrible, the assistants are not educated when answering basic questions or sit on their phones right in front of you! When Dr. Cho came in for the exam he didn’t remove the tarter from my child’s teeth fully. He walked off mid conversation and left me asking the assistant who wasn’t even in room for exam questions. My second time to office, assistants Joy and Ashley were both polite and took their time with my children. If this is your last resort of a place to go I would only request one of these two assistants to help with your visit.
Not to mention if you just sit back and observe you will see the assistants smoking on the side of the building, texting, FaceTiming, talking about other staff members loudly, hanging out in the parking lot, etc. Rochester Family Dentistry - Rochester Bonnie Leitch: Dr. Fisher is excellent. She explains everything and is very thorough. I am extremely nervous in the dentist office but she made me feel comfortable. Springfield Clinic Runde (Runde Clinic) - Teutopolis Ann Crowley: Emily was just great! She explained everything to us and answered all our questions and took the time to really listen to us! Very caring and super friendly!! Plus Laura who took Doug’s X-ray and blood draw was great as well! He said he didn’t feel a thing!! Great experience all the way around!!! Patel Family Dental Care - Sycamore Amanda: Dr. Patel and my hygienist Megan are great! They are always friendly and make sure to answer any concerns I have. I have seen another hygienist here in the past (forgot her name, sorry!) and she was great too! Its also nice to see all the new scenic photos Dr. Patel takes on his travels. Grand Dental - Sycamore - Sycamore Pam Quinn: I am a fairly new patient at Grand Dental and I cant say enough good things about my experiences with them. Everyone is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable at my visits. I feel that they truly care about me and am getting top-notch, professional care. I recently saw Dr. Nickas. He was willing to see me with short notice. Dr. Nikas is very personable and made me feel very comfortable. He is also professional and did a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. Im happy to have found Grand Dental and highly recommend them! Collins Dental Group, P.C. - Sycamore Jacqueline Wilk: I absolutely love going to Collins Dental. My husband, son and his family go there as well. We are very pleased on all levels with their care and service. I actually transferred from a Dentist I was seeing for 30 years and she retired and was worried about going to another dentist but rest assured Collins Dental from the receptionist to the dentist is amazing. My hygienist is without a doubt awesome. So glad my transfer went smoothly and better than I expected. Prairie View Dental, LLC - Sycamore Chloe G: Super unprofessional front desk. They do not know how to book appointments properly, then will blame you. I’ve had multiple issues now where I had appointments scheduled at a specific time, I show up and they go “we had you down for a different time” when I even called back the day I made the appointment to make sure it was the correct time. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but it continued to happen. They will also book your appointment for something completely different than what you initially booked for, and then again, make it YOUR problem. I’ve also had issues where they didn’t properly charge my insurance and it was of course the front desks mistake! I absolutely LOVED Dr. Tiffany so it’s really a shame that their front desk staff has completely ruined my experience there. They need to either re train, or rehire all new front desk workers. Unless you want to leave with a headache, go elsewhere. Sycamore Dentistree - Sycamore Miscellaneous Muzik: Always a pleasant experience, when visiting Dr. Sullivan. Everyone from the hygentist to the dentist herself, do a wonderful job. I found the front desk staff, lead by Shelly, to be very professional and patient oriented. I never, never ever had a problem in rescheduling appointments and because of my job, I reschedule more than normal. Dr. Sullivan and company truly understood all of my treatment options and consistently delivered excellent results!
