She understands exactly what my hair can handle and ensures its health is never compromised. She is very knowledgeable about hair care and is always happy to answer any questions I have. If I ever need an adjustment to the style or color, she is more than willing to accommodate and makes sure I leave completely satisfied.

She used a mens trimmer to cut my daughters hair in one shot and missed cutting a good chunk of it until I pointed it out. Plus, the cleanliness of this place worries me. I’m so disappointed. I don’t even know why I tipped her.
