1 /5 Uzma Ali: Terrible place- took my girls for haircut and Lulu took 5 min per kid. She used a mens trimmer to cut my daughters hair in one shot and missed cutting a good chunk of it until I pointed it out. Plus, the cleanliness of this place worries me. I’m so disappointed. I don’t even know why I tipped her.

2 /5 Janette Perez: Nice people but dont speak English I have called trying to get a hold of my stylist Marlen. I have called to speak to her or ask them to put down my number to have her call me back and they dont understand what Im saying.so I have no idea how to get a hold of this lady she colored and cut my hair at the time I thought it was really cute it was styled freshly colored but since the cut I cannot style it because its short layerd i cant straighten it or curl it, it has to be blow-dried a certain way i guess. since the color its bad I waited 5 days to wash my hair in cold water and that first wash my roots immediately turned pink my ends are a dark burgundy and I have black streaks. I asked for a wine color or burgundy color I made sure to say I have greys I dont want any reflective color on my roots. My roots are the first thing people notice. I assumed she was gonna do my roots darker because of the greys. She did not and my roots are pink . My hair was very dried out and I paid for a conditioner treatment because she said my hair was dry. After my hair still feels dry. If I could speak to her to find options and how we can fix this I would be happy. Im tempted to get some die and color it myself but after paying for my nail color and tipping it came out $280. If anyone can please have mis marlen or someone in English call me.! 5 /5 Lucas Reyes: Nuevo Look has been the number one haircut place in Lake County, i think the way they do there job is so amazing. Ive been here 5 times because i rarely get haircuts but i have always been so pleased with there service, and the ladies there are so kind, funny, and outgoing. They offer a variety of different snacks, and the lady "LULU" has always known how to cut mens hair as ive seen her cut hair so amazingly, this is a place i really suggest going to as it is the best in Lake County/ the Waukegan area. There has been many challengers competing against Nuevo Look, and i see no chance of them taking the #1 Spot as Nuevo Look is just so amazing and aspiring to others. One thing i have never really liked is the hours, and the time it closes. I get off of work normally around 7-8pm. I am not able to get a haircut when i want because they close at 6pm, so i come on the weekends where it is rarely busy as the staff, and hair stylists work so hard to finish fast and great. This is deffinetley a great hairstyle place, i would love for the business to extend there business in a better and bigger location where it isnt so isolated with other haircut places nearby. NuevoLook gives you the new look you want and the look you ask for, they know more haircut styles than other barbers and hairstylist, i could never go to a nearby supercuts and ask for what i get done at Nuevo Look. They are so amazing!

5 /5 Laurie Dinges: I have been going here since they opened and have never been disappointed with anything whether its a haircut and updo eyebrow waxing. Whatever might be and the prices are very reasonable.
