I’ve been getting my cuts here for a while now, and I can confidently say this is the best barber I’ve had. Always professional, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to make sure every cut is clean and exactly how I want it. Great conversation, relaxing vibe, and you always leave feeling sharp. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier barber.
Marias Braiding & Beauty Salon - Waukegan Tashona: I appreciate that Maria was able to get me in right away. However, the service was not acceptable. The stylist braiding was entirely too tight. This type of braiding is damaging to the hair. Despite wincing in pain, she continued to braid too tight. On top of that, I paid $40 more than I normally pay for the same style. Two days later, I am taking it down. My scalp is not only sore, but irritated and bumps are all over the hairline. Then to top it off she sealed the crochet braids with nail glue. This was a terrible experience.
