1 /5 Beatriz Landa: I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this salon, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I entered the salon with high hopes and left with a look that can only be described as a catastrophic disaster.
The staffs demeanor was equally abysmal. The hairstylists seemed disinterested and lacked any sense of professionalism. They were engaged in their own conversations and paid little attention to the customers.
Now, lets talk about the actual hair service. I had requested a simple trim and some highlights, but what I received was far from what I had asked for. The stylist seemed completely clueless and butchered my hair with each snip of the scissors. The end result was a lopsided, uneven mess.
To add insult to injury, the highlights were a disaster. Instead of the subtle, natural-looking highlights I had envisioned, I ended up with streaks of neon orange and yellow that looked more suitable for a clown wig. It was a shocking lack of skill and an absolute disregard for my desired outcome.
To make matters worse, the prices at this salon were exorbitant considering the atrocious quality of the service provided. I could have received a much better haircut and highlights at a fraction of the price elsewhere. It felt like a complete rip-off and a waste of my money.
Overall, my experience at this salon was an absolute nightmare. From the unprofessional staff to the disastrous haircut and hideous highlights, it was a complete and utter disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to run in the opposite direction and find a competent hairstylist who actually knows what theyre doing.
