1 /5 Mike Scott: WOW, heard of people paying lots for unnecessary work, but first time its happened to me. $3000 in work when all it needed was an emergency brake cable. After weeks of "its all ready" only to bring it right back THREE TIMES for the same problem and getting just a mile down the road each time. Eventually got a bag of emergency brake parts leaving me with no emergency brake, and a vehicle needing a front end alignment after they replaced some front end parts. All kinds of circular reasons work was done (or not done) and parts were replaced including- "I dont think they are the problem" (???) after the parts were replaced and charging me hundreds of dollars each time, and why an alignment wasnt done when it was obvious it needed one after replacing some parts. Only two mechanics (techs) who are the owners sons and work on commission. Need I say more? Steer clear of this place. WOW, just wow! Went down the road to another shop where they replaced the emergency brake cable I supplied, put the bag of other emergency brake parts back on the vehicle that DeCraenes took off, and did the needed alignment, all for about $200 out the door. What a costly learning experience.
