ryan garramone If I could zero I would. They had my car initially to do a timing chain which turned into a motor replacement that took 6 months. Countless wrong parts were received delaying the job at least 5 times. Jump to today. I had my whole front replaced to find the harness for my magnetic suspension cut and spliced because the ripped it out. My transfer case brackets completely hanging with no bolts in it. And my lower control arm rear bushings were hand tight. This shop bites off more than they can chew don’t go here

Oscar Ontiveros Very disappointed, I took my car in after the “check engine” light came on, they diagnosed that I needed to replace the water pump assembly. After several hundred dollars, I receive the “repaired” car and the check engine light comes back on with the same fault. To my surprise, their response is that they would have to replace the pump assembly, that they had only changed the water pump and that I have to pay again for parts and labor. Juan, the manager, promised to check and call me. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for his call and a solution, the employees only tell me that I have to talk to Juan, but Juan is nowhere to be found.
Updated review: after a bitter first experience I thank the owner for reaching out and working things out to get the issue resolved. My car has been running great after that and knowing that they cared and did the right thing means a lot. I will take my cars to Marks for service in the future.

They invited me to bring my vehicle in so they could take a look. One of their experienced technicians took the time to review my concerns and even took my car for a test drive. They quickly pinpointed the problem and explained it to me in a way that made sense, despite my limited knowledge of cars. They provided a clear estimate for the repairs, which I found to be very reasonable and affordable. Although I was initially hesitant, I now understand why so many people trust Marks Auto for their automotive needs (Ive become one of them). Throughout the process, I appreciated their professionalism and hospitality. Their facility is clean, welcoming, and free of any pressure, which made the entire experience even better. Im truly grateful for the care and service I received.
