Mike Scott WOW, heard of people paying lots for unnecessary work, but first time its happened to me. $3000 in work when all it needed was an emergency brake cable. After weeks of "its all ready" only to bring it right back THREE TIMES for the same problem and getting just a mile down the road each time. Eventually got a bag of emergency brake parts leaving me with no emergency brake, and a vehicle needing a front end alignment after they replaced some front end parts. All kinds of circular reasons work was done (or not done) and parts were replaced including- "I dont think they are the problem" (???) after the parts were replaced and charging me hundreds of dollars each time, and why an alignment wasnt done when it was obvious it needed one after replacing some parts. Only two mechanics (techs) who are the owners sons and work on commission. Need I say more? Steer clear of this place. WOW, just wow! Went down the road to another shop where they replaced the emergency brake cable I supplied, put the bag of other emergency brake parts back on the vehicle that DeCraenes took off, and did the needed alignment, all for about $200 out the door. What a costly learning experience.

Carlos Garcia We had an issue with our car. It was not holding idle and hesitated on acceleration. Sometimes it would just die out. We brought the car late in the afternoon. They checked the car and diagnosed the problem. They fixed the car the same day. The car has been running great since then. Our son takes his car there. He recommended it to us because he trusts them. We took our car there and we trust them. So now we recommend them to you.

Robert Beair I talked with Keith on a 2001 Ford F150 SuperCrew and he was very honest about what it was. I was driving 7 hours and when I got there, everything was as he said. Keith was very honest about it. Justin was great to deal with when we got there, took us on a great test drive to check it out. I was an easy, laid back, no problems purchase. One of the best to deal with! My mechanic checked the truck when I got home and he said great buy! Would definitely recommend Kals if they have what youre looking for. Update June 4, 2023: this has been the best truck for my wife. She uses the heck out it. Added a new photo taken today with her horse trailer. Danny smith I had the cam shaft phasers replaced in my 2019 F150. Auto and Truck Repair (ATR) went up and beyond what the Ford dealer said thst they were going to do, and at a much better price. I give ATR my highest recommendation.

Kurt Withrow I live quite a distance from Woodstock. However there is NO OTHER auto repair establishment I trust more than Marco’s! Each time I have had a dire emergency, or a need for an honest price with outstanding service, I will go to this good man for what I need. He has proven to me at least three different times, that his team will identify the problem, FIX the problem, and present me with a bill that is ALWAYS more reasonable than his competitors. I cannot praise both Marco (and his amazing sons and associates) any higher. A++ and 5+⭐️!

Michael Kratzke I came to the shop to get brakes done, not only were they prompt with their service, the total cost was 200 dollars than the estimate I got at the dealership, and this price included them replacing the rotors which was not in the dealership estimate. My car is riding great. I have had work done by Marco on several occasions, and their service and work is top notch. I highly recommend this repair shop.

ryan garramone If I could zero I would. They had my car initially to do a timing chain which turned into a motor replacement that took 6 months. Countless wrong parts were received delaying the job at least 5 times. Jump to today. I had my whole front replaced to find the harness for my magnetic suspension cut and spliced because the ripped it out. My transfer case brackets completely hanging with no bolts in it. And my lower control arm rear bushings were hand tight. This shop bites off more than they can chew don’t go here

Oscar Ontiveros Very disappointed, I took my car in after the “check engine” light came on, they diagnosed that I needed to replace the water pump assembly. After several hundred dollars, I receive the “repaired” car and the check engine light comes back on with the same fault. To my surprise, their response is that they would have to replace the pump assembly, that they had only changed the water pump and that I have to pay again for parts and labor. Juan, the manager, promised to check and call me. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for his call and a solution, the employees only tell me that I have to talk to Juan, but Juan is nowhere to be found. Updated review: after a bitter first experience I thank the owner for reaching out and working things out to get the issue resolved. My car has been running great after that and knowing that they cared and did the right thing means a lot. I will take my cars to Marks for service in the future.

With this truck being a very nice truck and my husbands baby we did not just explore one location but many. We looked into many location not just for the estimates but to see how well their services and reviews were by the customer service they gave us. I personally am very picky when choosing. This location, as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted very well by Andrea. She actually know what she was doing and made me and my husband very aware of everything on our truck. Business owner explained all the repairs and showed us the truck at pick up. Being some one that looks at everything very carefully and very picky, I would not think twice to call them for another repair.

David Sander I brought my 2015 F20 here to repair the rust on the quarter panel and doors. Radek did a great job for a very reasonable price. There ended up being a very small issue and Radek immediately had me bring it back and resolved it very quickly. I definitely appreciate that he was able to work with me in doing the repair in a budget friendly manner rather than many other body shops that will only repair in one extremely expensive way, with few options. Highly recommended.

Alejandro Salas Terrible experience, waited over a month to get serviced. Waited as they were listed as a preferred shop by my insurance I expected quality work. The overall customer service was terrible, my car was hit on the wheel and fender. The car fender was replaced(paint job is terrible with a lot of orange peel and starting to peel on the edge), and car was aligned. However the car was returned mechanically unsafe, I had to take my car to a mechanic to fix things which should have been resolved from the collision. Go elsewhere if possible.

Baby Perez Im disappointed to say the least. Left my step mothers car over the weekend for a brake job. Picked it up Monday afternoon, on Tuesday morning the car wouldnt stop! My step mom almost crashed and was super freaked out afterwards. Called the mechanic and they charged her towing to pick it up. I felt that was bad business because they just put the brakes, so it should have been their responsibility to pick it up ( it was only 10 mins away)and see if their workmanship was at fault. The owner said that I was at fault because I should have bought my mother a new car with new brakes...

Peter Wisniewski What can say but Tim is a standup gentleman. He did the gas tank on our 1953 International Metro Step Truck with a tight deadline. You cannot go wrong with him. Its a plus that he answers the phone and does the work on time at the price he quoted. Will use again.
