    amy wilson: After horrible experiences with other dentists, we were somehow brought to this dentist. She was amazing to say the very least. We have been to this office our whole adulthood and have had 100% experiences every time. I don’t like to do reviews but this dentist deserves true honor. Her whole office is one in a million. The needle in the haystack. We are blessed to be their patients.

    John Dunn: Had my consultation and paid the $75 fee. Nothing mentioned about this going to insurance. Then a few weeks later I had surgery and paid at time of service. I was sent a bill weeks after the second appointment for an additional $167 that I was not made aware of. This was for the original consultation. Super frustrating to get another bill after I had paid in full at time of surgery. I hate hidden charges. Make your patients aware of this at the beginning.

    Nicki Zimmerman: 1st root canal ended in a tooth that abcessed one year later, went back and had a root end surgery on same tooth. 2 months later it is still giving me problems. Both times I was charged hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted. When calling to let the office know that Im having issues 2 months later , numbness in 4 teeth next to the one where the surgery was, ear and facial pain above the area the surgery was ... I dont even receive a phone call back. Needless to say, thousands of dollars later, Im terrified Im going to need an implant . Her office isnt concerned about following up and doesnt return phone calls. .

    Rich F: Ive been coming to Great Rivers Dental for a little over 6 months and have been super happy with the services. Dr. Wilson is an excellent dentist and very caring. I had a poorly installed crown replaced and it fit perfectly with no adjustments needed. I actually look forward to my appointments because I know Ill get the care I need with being pressured into buying things I dont truly need. Mercedes(sp?) was my hygienist this last visit and I thought she did a through job. Im so glad I stopped going to my last dentist and tried out Great Rivers.
