Dr. Jon Logullo, DMD - Greenville Emilee Milner: The best in the business and will be the only dentist I go to until he is no longer practicing. Even after moving over an hour away, I still schedule my appointments with him because, despite attempts to change dentists, he truly is the only one to help make me feel comfortable and safe while having my teeth worked on!! Greenville Family Dentistry - Greenville Kristina Clark: I am new to the area and scheduled my first appointment back in January for beginning of March. I scheduled on a day off to avoid having to miss work. One week prior, they called and said they had to reschedule due to the dentist not being in the office that day. I had to reschedule to a day that didnt really work super well based on their availability, 3 weeks after original appointment. The day of that rescheduled appointment, they called me saying they needed to once again reschedule, pushing it out another week. I could not keep this pattern and lost confidence that this would not continue to happen. I am sure they are nice and I get things happen, but it is not a good first impression for a new patient. We moved over 40 minutes away 7 years ago and still stayed with Belvidere Dental. Everyone is fantastic and compassionate. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Keep up the great work team! You rock! Needed a quick turnaround for a root canel and they got me in within 24 hours. Front desk, dental assistants and dentist were all kind, professional, and very, VERY exceptional at their jobs. Would highly recommend and Im thankful Im now a client of theirs. Actually looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Alperstein was friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently listened and explained treatment options. I had my cleaning yesterday and fillings today. Well this was a completely different experience. I have absolutely no complaints. The office was nice and clean. Everyone was kind and caring. The dentist was very gentle and would ask if I was doing ok. One of the best experiences Ive had at the dentist. I definitely recommend them! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I had a broken tooth, and they were able to get me in very quickly, which was such a relief. Dr. Yousef was fantasticāhis calming demeanor really helped me feel relaxed during the procedure. The only thing I found a bit overwhelming was the number of Glade air fresheners throughout the office. The scent was quite strong, and at times it felt a little hard to breathe. However, the excellent care and service far outweighed this minor inconvenience. I highly recommend Family Dental Care of Belvidere for anyone in need of dental care.
