Dr. Sarah Thompson and the staff at Dream Dentist have been exceptional. The atmosphere and genuine care that I have received is more than I could imagine. 5 /5 Stacey Bolton: This was my first visit to Dream Dentist and it was for a consult for a broken tooth. The front desk ladies were so kind, welcoming and helpful. I was seen quickly. Mimi was my dental assistant and explained to me everything she was doing, checked to make sure insurance covered the PA X-rays, etc. Dr. Sarah Thompson was amazing as well. She was comforting, answered all of my questions, was patient. I felt like I was with family. Love Dream Dentist in O’Fallon, IL, highly recommend and wish I had started with them!

2 /5 Denver D: I chose this dentist based on their top rating on the Tricare website. However, I cannot speak to the quality of their dental work, as my appointment was canceled a week in advance. I received a single confirmation text on April 24th for my May 12th appointment. On May 5th, I was notified via text that my appointment had been canceled due to a lack of response to a confirmation text I never received. I immediately called the office and was informed the appointment had been given to someone else, with no option other than rescheduling. I explained that I never received the confirmation text and that poor cell reception on my military base may have contributed. While I understand the policy for unconfirmed appointments, canceling after one unanswered message seems excessive. When I mentioned I might seek care elsewhere, the assistant abruptly ended the call before I finished speaking.

5 /5 Lisa Thurman: Ive used them for a few years, first for me then my teenagers. Every person that works there is so kind. I have anxiety about doctors, they always put me at ease. Very professional and understanding. I highly recommend them. I really cant recommend them enough.

Stone Falls Dental Care: Carleigh Prane, DMD - OFallon Jerry Carter: Recently transferred my dental care from another local dental clinic due to a lack of appointment availability and an unresponsive staff. Dr. Pranes office was able schedule a new patient appointment within a week and had an extremely positive impression of Dr. Pranes team. The entire group is extremely professional, positive, accommodating and care about their patients. Probably the most thorough new patient exam Ive ever had. Follow-up care was prompt, and treatment was exceptional including a crown that fit the first time. I highly recommend Dr. Prane and her team. Try them, youll like them.

Fountains Family Dentistry Fairview Heights Dentist - Fairview Heights Tina Crossley: All the staff are great and they explain exactly what they will do and what your cost will be before procedure you have to have done. During the procedure, Dr. Parker explains what hes doing during the whole thing. Patty is wonderful. I also like that they do the root canal there and also the crown and dont have to send you somewhere like other dentists Ive been to do. I highly recommend!!!

Spring Valley Dental Group - OFallon Kevin Flaiz: Dr. Ames and the technicians are good. The office support staff--not so much. They bumped me on the day of an appointment after I arrived at their office, even after confirming the appointment the day before. They refused to give me an account credit for wasting my time. I was a customer for years, so being treated like that was a disappointment.

Bonus Brag: My childcare fell through last minute so I had to bring my 5 year old son. They went out of their way to make him and myself feel welcomed. They were incredibly kind and patient with us.

Dr. Edgar J. Breda, DDS - Belleville Breathe Deep: Very friendly and helpful staff! Dr Breda struck me as knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad we chose this doctor. The entire office was a well oiled machine and they were on top of everything we needed to make this procedure successful. The procedure we needed was a wisdom teeth extraction for a 17year old. They made sure we had all the info for care afterwards as well as explaining everything to us very well before we left the office. Prescriptions were given to us and we were directed to the pharmacy on the opposite end of the parking lot. We were told to get them filled before the procedure was done so we could eliminate the need to stop on the way home and probably wait longer anywhere else. I was very impressed with how caring the doctor and staff were. They thought of everything we would need to make this as pleasant as possible.
