Dr. Sarah Thompson and the staff at Dream Dentist have been exceptional. The atmosphere and genuine care that I have received is more than I could imagine. I’m afraid I will not find another person centered dental family again. Thank you for your diligent care and treatment.

5 /5 Stacey Bolton: This was my first visit to Dream Dentist and it was for a consult for a broken tooth. The front desk ladies were so kind, welcoming and helpful. I was seen quickly. Mimi was my dental assistant and explained to me everything she was doing, checked to make sure insurance covered the PA X-rays, etc. Dr. Sarah Thompson was amazing as well. She was comforting, answered all of my questions, was patient. I felt like I was with family. Love Dream Dentist in O’Fallon, IL, highly recommend and wish I had started with them!

2 /5 Denver D: I chose this dentist based on their top rating on the Tricare website. However, I cannot speak to the quality of their dental work, as my appointment was canceled a week in advance. I received a single confirmation text on April 24th for my May 12th appointment. On May 5th, I was notified via text that my appointment had been canceled due to a lack of response to a confirmation text I never received. I immediately called the office and was informed the appointment had been given to someone else, with no option other than rescheduling. I explained that I never received the confirmation text and that poor cell reception on my military base may have contributed. While I understand the policy for unconfirmed appointments, canceling after one unanswered message seems excessive. When I mentioned I might seek care elsewhere, the assistant abruptly ended the call before I finished speaking.

5 /5 Lisa Thurman: Ive used them for a few years, first for me then my teenagers. Every person that works there is so kind. I have anxiety about doctors, they always put me at ease. Very professional and understanding. I highly recommend them. I really cant recommend them enough.
