They also didnt pressure me into purchasing anything I didnt need. There were recommendations made for other services but when I declined it was respectfully accepted and we carried on service. The girls up front are awesome. Super nice, gave me all my details. And when the finished product came in they both came back to see and tell me what they thought. Jayden was super nice and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. He worked with the Dr to get my tryins just right. The Dr was great and he took his time making sure everything was just right. He also gave me all the education on what we were doing and how it works. Also,I wish I had her name, but the woman there who recognized me from another office always comes to say hi to me! She makes me feel like a friend, and told me I made the right choice coming in! She is very sweet and honest and thats hard to find these days.Then there is Diya! What a bright light she is. I hope her boss knows how valuable she is. She knows what she is doing, she took the time to listen to me, and made her own suggestions that really helped me. She noticed my speech was difficult and fixed it right away. I have gone back in for a few adjustments and every time she helps quickly knows what Im talking about and listens and values it. All of the employees here are very nice, feel like friends, and know their stuff! I have never felt more confident and welcome in a place! I really appreciate every single person in the office for all their care and help towards bringing my smile back !! Yall changed my life!!! Thank you so much!!

We received paperwork a couple months later from insurance that the claims had not been filed by the dentist but we ignored it. A year later, we have received a fairly sizeable bill saying this was the amount we owed because insurance didnt pay. Of course, the inflation. The letter made it sound like we were running out on a bill. When we called, they blamed it on that it took the insurance company this long to pay. Of course, when you did not put in the paperwork it would-- but no one mentioned that for they did not know we got that letter. In the midst of the recession, we will come up with the money for what are we to owe. Overall, not totally impressed to begin with the place. Dentist & Hygienists were friendly but another dentist is already found before all of this late billing. Not going back.
