I followed Brittanie from her previous location and she is amazing. Most recently I have been letting her pick colors for me and it has been the best experience. and Derek did an incredible job. He deeply listened to all the little worries, never misgendered me, and took the time to let me just relax. I never felt rushed or like he was trying to get me out of the chair like I do at the barber shop.
It was gender-affirming in every way.
Plus, theres little affirmations all over the salon to remind you it is a safe place for the LGBT+ community. Even gender neutral pricing and bathrooms. Ill be back a hundred more times.
