Arabella did such an incredible job on hair that now the whole family uses her. Everyone is fun and welcoming. They really listen and work with you to create the exact look you’re going for. I have my first facial scheduled with Madisyn and I can’t wait!

I not only have gotten blowouts from Sidnee and Bella, but I also have received waxing services and lash lifts. I have been amazed at my results! The staff is so kind and friendly. 5 /5 Cyndi Brush: Walking in the salon make you feel like you are in a space for beauty. The salon is beautifully decorated and the staff are wonderful. They have always been friendly. My daughter has had her haircut and colored here and it was beautiful. I had my my hair curled and done for date night and it was gorgeous. I got so many compliments. Thank you Arabella! The products so there are trendy, fun and useful. I highly recommend Parella Beauty Co.

Julie M: Ive had a great experience with stylist Abi. Im horrible at explaining what I want but she does a great job bleaching/coloring my hair so it grows out nicely and looks more natural. The salon is super clean and a wonderful environment to be in while youre there. I always feel greatly taken care of while Im here and love the small touches (available snacks/drinks, and extra toiletries in the bathroom if you need it).

Marie Frzr: My daughter and I had been trying to find a salon for a while now. We were commuting to and from Chicago just to get our hair done . (We are originally from Chicago) .. I drove pass this salon one day and saw a woman doing hair. I pulled into the parking lot and run in to grab a business card . She was extremely professional and I figured I would give her a try. What the heck right? I scheduled an appointment that week. She did not disappoint . Needless to say , this is our second visit and we will continue coming back. Im happy . My daughter is happy and I no longer need to make the drive to Chicago just for a hair appointment . I highly recommend. Jeanine is wonderful . Professional, friendly, polite and makes you feel comfortable . Pleasant staff and atmosphere .

Shes been flexible with my schedule, and sends me a reminder of our appointment! I so appreciate that! The salon is very tidy and it feels comfortable to be there. I even saw another stylist work her magic on her client. Wow! It was beautiful!!! You should give them a call if you are reading this review!

She was left under a dryer for over 2 hrs she was side eyed for her hair loss by not just her stylist Tay but staff. My mom left more broken then she arrived but they charged the going rate for a wig install thanks Bomb

Luisa Hernandez: I came in to get my hair dyed red. On her website, I couldnt really find what I was looking for and clicked on hair color, which was $100. I have had my hair dyed previously by another professional and still had the bleach in. I went in and the service I was looking for was about $200. I understand hair is expensive, but just a warning to those looking to go in for dye. The service wasnt terrible. There was a new girl and I really like her and she was nice! She started to do my hair and was super chill. Nelly was also nice but just made some unusual comments about my face ("we need pictures but also need makeup" "your face is greasy enough for the dye to not stick") which I just took as nellys "quirk". My hair was curled and it was another charge, got pictures taken, and went home. They were nice and gave me a shower cap since it was raining and I appreciated that. The next day, I had a horrible headache and looked at my head and it was covered in blisters. I have psoriasis but I never had that kind of reaction before. I went straight to the doctors and was given medication and told that it was a chemical burn due to the hair dye or bleach being left in and not washed out properly. I went home, washed my hair, and the blisters were gone within a couple days. Unfortunately, it did leave a bald spot. I did send her a text explaining that I would go to the doctors and update her. After hearing this, I didnt want to deal with going back and the drama. To top it off, I have had this all done a month ago. Ive had my hair dye last me 2-3 months without fading due to the products I use and my washing routine. I had already lost all of the color and Im so disappointed that I spent that amount for color that lasted just that bit. I explained to her my worries about the color fading before picture day (this past week) and she also explained that she could do a touch up. After my experience, I couldnt justify going back. I was told she gives great haircuts and she has a very loyal customer service. Shes worked hard for her clientele and I have to give her respect for that. The new person there does eyebrows and shes super nice. The other woman there does nails and she did an amazing job on others while I was there. I hope that this honest review doesnt hold people back for going to these services. I just cant justify going back for my red hair experience.
