1 /5 Anne Branum: Probably the worst haircut Ive ever received. I came to have my hair trimmed. 1 side was quite A bit longer than the other with long pieces sticking out. She did it in probably 10 minutes tops because she was way too distracted talking to another coworker. Didnt realize how bad it was until I got home. I was just astonished how a professional would send a client home with hair that looked that bad. I will definitely not be returning.

1 /5 Kat Pepperd: I was a New Customer to this Salon. I was Disappointed with the Service I got. The Hair Dresser did not Introduce herself, or ask me what I was looking to have Done. I asked for my hair to be cut to fall below my Shoulders. The Hair Dresser was too Aggressive with the Amount that she Cut off! It was very Short, did not even touch my shoulders! she stated she had no idea that my hair would Shrink up! I would think, me being a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER! she would be a little more Conservative, You can always take more off, but cant put it back on! I absolutely hate my haircut! I was a 1ST TIME, and LAST TIME customer!

Beautiful Nail & Spa - Fairview Heights Jessi Thornton: I have debated making this review but the longer i look at my nails the more I dislike them. I went for a fill and one repair. I asked if the tech could do the below photo and she said she could, referencing it many times. I ended up with one nail globby, thick and much shorter than every other nail (this being the repair), and all my other nails were very thick. As far as the design, i will let the photo speak for itself.

Halo Salon - Belleville Kayla Davis: Been coming here faithfully for over 2 years now. My schedule is usually chaotic so I normally have to do walk ins for a hair cut. ALL OF THE STAFF are so sweet and friendly. I have had at least 4 different people cut my hair over the last 2 years, and ever single experience was wonderful, every cut fantastic.

ZAZA NAILS AND SPA OF OFALLON - OFallon Kristi G: I was actually impressed by everything. The interior decor was beautiful! We were immediately greeted and had no wait. Complimentary beverages were given to us at the gorgeous pedicure stations with sparkly glass bowls. The treatment and nail color options were extensive. The nail techs were friendly and did not rush our long and very relaxing pedicure. Will definitely go back!

Hair & Nail Care Plus - Swansea Jonél: Tried to make a hair appointment or see if they take walk-ins. I called and after explaining that I needed an appointment, they just hung up. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. Twice. Very unprofessional and I am very dissatisfied.

Pro Nails & Spa - Fairview Heights Amyila Bonds: Went in for a soak off for my nails and it was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. The method they use to take off acrylics off is terrible! My nails were literally being painfully ripped off by him using another nail tip to get my acrylics off. Due to this improper method unfortunatelyI left with a bloody broken nail due my nails being taken off improperly. With him knowing this he still charged me full amount of service and I did not receive an apology. Now I have to wait weeks for my nail to grow back to get my nails done. 0/10 don’t recommend & will NOT be returning.

Makes sure clients always walks away with healthy healthy hair and beautiful styles. My whole family goes here and our hair has always thrived. Takes such good care of my natural hair whether I get it straightened, dyed or keep in its curly state. This salon is amazing, clean and so welcoming :) I also buy naturally made hair oils to use on my hair from the salon instead of Sally’s or other hair stores.
