5 /5 Valerie Mitchell: She was very sweet! I went to get my lashes removed and while laying on my back I started choking on lord knows what! But she was so patient with me and made sure I was ok. Didn’t get irritated at all with me moving so much. I did apologize but she made me feel comfortable & her suite is sooo nice and clean it was definitely a vibe in there!! 10/10 definitely recommend.

1 /5 Kim Jay: BEWARE! Not only did she fail to provide the services requested, i had to go to the emergency room shortly after due to the amount & placement of the glue she used. She is unprofessional, dishonest, and should not be playing in anyone’s eyes. I will never book again and I will ensure everyone I know in the area does not book as well. *** UPDATE **** I am not sure who Katrina is and I have no idea where you live, I have only been to the place that you perform lash extensions at. But this demonstrates that I am not the only person you have done foul and unprofessional business with . This is truly sickening .

ZAZA NAILS AND SPA OF OFALLON - OFallon Kristi G: I was actually impressed by everything. The interior decor was beautiful! We were immediately greeted and had no wait. Complimentary beverages were given to us at the gorgeous pedicure stations with sparkly glass bowls. The treatment and nail color options were extensive. The nail techs were friendly and did not rush our long and very relaxing pedicure. Will definitely go back!

Hair & Nail Care Plus - Swansea Jonél: Tried to make a hair appointment or see if they take walk-ins. I called and after explaining that I needed an appointment, they just hung up. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. Twice. Very unprofessional and I am very dissatisfied.

Pro Nails & Spa - Fairview Heights Amyila Bonds: Went in for a soak off for my nails and it was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. The method they use to take off acrylics off is terrible! My nails were literally being painfully ripped off by him using another nail tip to get my acrylics off. Due to this improper method unfortunatelyI left with a bloody broken nail due my nails being taken off improperly. With him knowing this he still charged me full amount of service and I did not receive an apology. Now I have to wait weeks for my nail to grow back to get my nails done. 0/10 don’t recommend & will NOT be returning.

Images Beauty Salon - Belleville Danielle Smith: I have been going here forever! Salon takes amazing care of my hair. Makes sure clients always walks away with healthy healthy hair and beautiful styles. My whole family goes here and our hair has always thrived. Takes such good care of my natural hair whether I get it straightened, dyed or keep in its curly state. This salon is amazing, clean and so welcoming :) I also buy naturally made hair oils to use on my hair from the salon instead of Sally’s or other hair stores.

Large variety of color options for polish, gel, and dip. They keep their stations clean and sanitize equipment between guests. Cannot beat their rates for the quality of service. Even with short nails, they are able to get the job done.
