1 /5 FrozenIce Heart: Never go here! They use fear tactics to talk you into things you do not need. Then when they make a mistake they refuse to correct it or even admit the error. The worst, and most expensive dental experience of my life. Put me in pain for over 2 years and would not hold the dentist responsible for the gross multiple errors. They even wrote me a prescription to medicine I was allergic too! If I didnt know any better I would think they were trying to kill me! Incompetent air heads who would rather chat about their weekend plans then give their patients the attention and care they are paying for. Do not go here ever. Profit over people 100% I should have sued them for dental malpractice! I still might.

1 /5 Jonathan Post: My "local" dentist is "affiliated" with them. They have owed me money for months because Heartland has to approve my refund and they take their dear sweet time enjoying what amounts to an forced interest free loan to them at this point.

1 /5 Clara Diaz: They charged my insurance after I paid them for the visit. When I attempted to get the cash refund back after my insurance had paid, they refused to refund me. Be careful. If you have insurance they might try to say that your insurance won’t pay the full price but that’s a scam. They know well that they insurance will pay them but they lie so they can get the money from the client and the is insurance.

1 /5 Jleigh G: In my opinion, horrible company. They are owners of Forward Dental.....which was very hard to find out. Had many unhappy experiences with Forward Dental and no one to speak to to rectify the situations. After reaching out to a local TV news I finally heard back from them. By some miracle I had a credit in my account. No specific explanation as to why or how. Maybe if they had billing you can understand it would help.....if youre lucky enough to get a detailed bill. Stay away!
