1 /5 LAILA: I had 4 wisdom teeth removed here 2 years ago. Prior to the surgery I informed Dr of my history with medication that would require a deeper dose of anesthesia to work on me. He didn’t listen because I woke up during the procedure. More than that, there was very little communication and I’ve had lasting jaw pain since. Before choosing this place, consider if it’s worth a future of chronic jaw pain.

1 /5 Steven Matzker: Had a lot of issues with this place. Starts with being lied to about a couple different things leading up to my first appointment. There was also a lack of communication. I wasnt told anything. Nothing was explained, I was treated as if I already knew everything. He was also very unprofessional. His attitude towards my reactions of pain like it was annoying him. Appointment ended only being half done with my teeth removal. I was never told I would have to pay a second time for the second appointment since I already paid. Months before I could get back in to finish it up. My scheduled time wasnt reserved for me despite being told I had until the end of the week to let them know if I could make it. Ive been slurring my words ever since the last appointment so I dont know if something went wrong or what. Avoid this place. Oh but I barely had any pain after both appointments so uh, 1.1/5 Stars.

5 /5 Robby Sams: Despite seeing several negative review for Dr. Fonners office, I had a great experience. Upon entering the building, the facilities were pleasing to the eye, and the staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming to me. They sent out a packet to me prior and followed up days before with any questions I may have. They got me in earlier than expected, so that was great. While in the chair, I spoke with the Dr. Fonner, and his assistants were helpful. Procedure was relatively painless, and the day after, they followed up via phone to check on me. I called back with on the second day with some questions, which were answered promptly. All in all, a great experience. Thanks, Dr. Fonner and Staff!
