1 /5 Mauricio: They had my car for over 2 months with no updates or calls the entire time. Multiple times they told me to wait because they were supposedly waiting for catalytic converters from other places, but I was never updated and the parts never showed up. I finally gave up and bought my own parts — $1,700 on shorty headers and high flow cats. On top of that, I found out from dashcam footage that they were driving my car without my permission. They still charged me $200 for junkyard cats that never worked, and overcharged on parts and labor. When I got the car back and went home, I still had a check engine light for the same cat and sensor issues they claimed they cleared and fixed. Completely unprofessional.
