2 /5 Margo Lemke: Okay. So my very first time here, I had an emergency situation where I needed a manicure and 2 nails removed. It was snowy, and everything was closed down. I called them, and they waited for me to get here and serviced me quite well, Sarah was amazing! I said on my way back through I would stop again and nails done, so here I am today to get my nails done, pedicure, and new tips on my fingers.. Im a big fan of cateye.
So the pedicure went great, and then I had chosen a red cat eye with a black undercoat. The girl who did my nails. Im not even sure what to say about her quite honestly, but I had brought my own magnets for cat eye which I was going to leave with Sarah as a tip, but I left angry and forgot to leave them with her unfortunately. Sarah only does natural nails, and she does not do pedicures, so I had to have someone else do my nails. I did ask her if I could use my magnets. They were brand new. Theyve never even been open and I dont know what she said, because I dont speak Vietnamese, but yeah, the man came over and he was quite nice as well and they had a conversation and then she showed me the outcome. I was like, whatever. For whatever reason, she wouldnt use my magnets. I wasnt happy, and then the man came over, and he did some work on my big toes, which made me a little happier.
I chose not to do my nails on my hands because the one doing my toes didnt want to listen to me, could not produce what I asked and who knows what else, but I chose to not finish any procedures there and I will probably never come back.
The next part is the price. I chose the $35 pedicure, and the only thing I did after that was cat eye polish, and they charged me $60, so that was $25 for polish. I have never, ever paid more than $45 to have my pedicure with cat eye polish anywhere. Usually, I get my hands done with new tips or a fill and cateye polish for 60 or $65, and they charged me $60 for only a pedicure, a $35 pedicure and polish. I will never come back here!!!
Oh and by the way, I tip so it would have cost me sixty or sixty five dollars probably anyway, but I did not leave this girl a tip and I dont even feel bad about it and I am a big tipper.
