1 /5 Erika Chavez: Luxe Nails used to be my go-to salon, but ever since they changed management, the quality has completely declined. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is gone, and all the previous nail technicians have left. The new management seems overwhelmed, unfriendly, and unwilling to take responsibility when things go wrong.
This morning, I called multiple times, but despite the phone being right next to him, the manager/owner chose to ignore it. When their scheduling system failed, instead of apologizing, he shifted the blame onto the client without being able to give me a clear answer if they were going to be able to accommodate us today. That was the final straw.
They’ll never have to worry about seeing my daughter and me again because we won’t be coming back. Thankfully, we went straight to Coco Nails, where, despite not having an appointment, we were greeted warmly—unlike at Luxe
