Michael R: Brought my vehicle there due to the cabin being to load and noises in the back. Before car work maintenance was started the man at the desk who helped me actual asked to ride in the car with me to hear what I was hearing. To me that was awesome! Some mechanics or shops dont actually take the time to drive with the person and hear what im hearing or drive it period. He was able to actually diagnose what the issue was while driving the car. After I dropped the car off I received a call saying my breaks needed to be changed as well. He actually asked me to come back to the shop to show me but i was already running errands and told him to do the breaks and updated me on the cost. I said go ahead cause i knew they needed to be done anyway and might as well kill two birds with one stone. I dropped my car off at 830 and got the call at 1 telling me my car was ready. It sounds perfect! Thank you guys for actually fixing my car and caring about the customer. Highly recommend.

They called saying it was a radiator hose. They replaced hose and fluid. Shows they are honest not doing repairs that are not needed.

They completed the repair, but four years later, it failed again, likely because I put a lot of miles on it. I took my vehicle back to these guys, and they fixed it. However, the next day, it still had issues, so they began troubleshooting. They kept my vehicle for about a month and eventually discovered that it was a faulty water pump, which required them to redo an eight-hour job. Remarkably, they never charged me extra for this. I really appreciate that these guys took the time to make it right.
