1 /5 Ashley Lynn: Let me start by saying the dentist is amazing however the lady working the front desk don”t know anything. Her response I will get back to you how do you run an office like that do you have knowledge? Then her in another Mexican girl which I believe to be an assistant were talking in Spanish which is fine but considering you couldn’t answer anything I was asking but carry a conversation in Spanish is very unwelcoming. I won’t be back until they get new staff. I am not sure where the old front office lady went but she was extremely knowledgeable. This business is going to trash.

5 /5 Issam Alsharif: This is the best dental office by far from any other dental offices I have been to. Dr. Saqa is very knowledgeable and gentle, his assistant is professional in a friendly manner. The office staff work together efficiently and pleasantly. If there was more than five star to give them I would have.

1 /5 RICK O: They cancelled my appointment because I did not return the message. I called after 5 PM and left a voice mail 3 days before my appointment. They told me that I had to confirm before noon on that day. I love the people but what a nonsense. I will not come back.

5 /5 Shawn Weaver: First off, I have a major fear of dentists. I have had dentists who have been judgemental or caused me pain. None of that from here. Midwest Dental was able to take me within an hour for a dental emergency. They were kind and worked with me. I can safely say I had a positive experience with a dentist, which I never thought Id say. Looking forward to continuing coming back here to better my teeth.

Burch Dental - Rockford (North Main) - Rockford Walter Spearman: Immediately I was greeted by the receptionist with a welcoming smile and attitude. It definitely made me feel comfortable, due to the fact this was my first visit. The dental hygienist was equally as welcoming and friendly as the receptionist.Very thorough and informative every step of the way during the process. I never had to wonder what she was doing in the process , she explained everything point by point. Obviously, kindness is contagious here. The doctor and the young lady that went over my insurance, were also very helpful and polite. I apologize for not remembering the names of the staff that cared for me. Nonetheless, thank you for such a pleasant experience. The rest of my day was better because of it.

Rockford Pediatric Dentistry - Dr. Duran & Dr. Lu - Rockford Young Lee: My son (9 years old) loved this place!! We had a tooth extraction in a tough location of my son’s mouth, but Dr Lu and the whole staff made him feel comfortable and at ease the whole time!! Dr Lu made sure to explain everything so we both understood what was going to happen and she made the whole process simple and painless! My son was so happy afterwards and claims “it didn’t hurt one bit”! I wish we found this place sooner for our older 3 kids!! Thank you to Dr Lu and everyone at Rockford Pediatric Dentistry!!!!

Burch Dental - Rockford (Highcrest) - Rockford Chris Tilton: It was my first time at Burch dental. An I was really pleased with how professional the staff was. They kept me at ease the whole time. Walking me threw everything that I was going to have needed done. The receptionist was really nice on helping me was scheduling. And I got a cool little gift bag at the end of my first visit so that was cool too. Thanks again for the great service and I will be back again

32 Family Dental - Rockford Craig Aguiniga: Hello, I am a new patient with DR. Phillips and the 32 family dental team. The dentist has ALWAYS !! been my least favorite place to go. This visit changed everything.!! What an amazing experience.!! super friendly staff. Dr Phillips is amazing!! Fast and efficient!! He came up with a plan that farrr exceeds anything that i thought could be done. I am looking forward to my next visit.Thank you Dr Phillips and the amazing 32 family dental team!!!

Dr. Katherine Stewart, DDS - Loves Park Tess Water: DR. Katherine Stewart and her staff are so wonderful. Very clean and neat environment. Well organized friendly staff always. Not to mention Dr. Stewart does an outstanding job and is very passionate about her work. Her hygienist has been cleaning my teeth going on 3 years and she is such kind and caring person and very passionate about her work and takes the time to educate you on better hygiene care for your teeth. The entire staff is so thorough and efficient Id say this is by far one of the better offices in all in this area.

Oral & Facial Surgery Center, LTD - Rockford Veronica Mathews: They were great! 13 teeth removed in about 1.5 hours, including being under anesthesia. No problems after surgery. They prepared me for everything and even gave me chapstick. They used dissolvable stitches, so need to go return.

International Dental Center - Rockford Elizabeth Tapp: My Experience has been Fantastic so far! Barely any wait to get into appointment slot, Very Friendly staff, & Knowledgeable Dentist. They can even procure Fluoride/Color/flavor Free polishing pumice! I Really Appreciated it all!

Riverside Dental Center - Loves Park Jennifer Lynn: The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. I cant say enough positive things about Dr Hermanson, Dr Dimke, & every staff member who works with them, & this is coming from an anxious individual w/lifelong sensitive gums, who has had to spend alot of time there, all of it postive. Its also the best, & only teeth cleaning Ive had that didnt leave me w/a headache & gums too tender to eat for few days-and it was also the most thorough cleaning Ive had. Id send my loved ones here, in fact my Mom was a patient, & Dad still is. I look forward to my new teeth & having a smile again at the end of this dental journey, and Im grateful for Riverside Dental Center as a result.
