We had a tooth extraction in a tough location of my son’s mouth, but Dr Lu and the whole staff made him feel comfortable and at ease the whole time!! Dr Lu made sure to explain everything so we both understood what was going to happen and she made the whole process simple and painless! My son was so happy afterwards and claims “it didn’t hurt one bit”! I wish we found this place sooner for our older 3 kids!! Thank you to Dr Lu and everyone at Rockford Pediatric Dentistry!!!!

The office is clean, bright, and very kid-friendly—it’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into making children feel comfortable. Dr. Duran explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of our questions. You can really tell she cares about her patients and their long-term dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Duran to any parent looking for a warm and professional pediatric dentist!

She was down to earth and understanding and made us feel like despite our difficulties, we were doing a good job. We’re very happy with our experience!

She was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly—she’s so informative and reassuring! The entire office is fantastic. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, making it easy for kids (and parents!) to relax before their appointment. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. My son left the office smiling, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
