All my appointments are 4-5 months apart. Macoupin County Health Department - Carlinville Melinda Gallup: Called 7/19/24 for a dental appointment. They couldnt get me in until middle of November for a broken tooth. OK, itll have to do, right? Then they call in September and tell me they have to reschedule to end of January 2025, 6 months after my initial phone call for a very painful broken tooth. I get there, they tell me they cant help me with the broken tooth, and gave me a list of oral surgeons. They schedule me to come in the next day to have a cleaning and more x-rays done. My boss wouldnt allow me to come in an hour late, so I call to reschedule my appointment. The woman on the phone says, "You didnt give us 24 hours notice..." It wasnt even scheduled for 24 hours before I had to cancel! Ridiculous waste of time, not to mention the waste of gas since I had to drive an hour to get there. Youre better off saving your money up and going to an actual dental office. Carlinville Family Practice Center, a division of Macoupin Family Practice Centers, LLP - Carlinville Derek Hauser: Thank you Katie for being very rude and unprofessional while I was on the verge of a mental health crisis. Not everything is black and white maam. Your attitude and demeaning tone was unwarranted. You should not be in an office dealing with potential mental health patients with the nasty attitude you have. After calling 3 other doctors I was able to get an appointment to get my medication.....without being demeaned or talked down to.
Edit: I have been going to this office for over 10 years and the docs are great! This is my first terrible experience like this. I will be filing a formal complaint. Kravanya & Boente Family Dentistry - Carlinville Nicole brawley: At this practice you will feel welcomed. Hygienist takes their time and explains things clearly. There is absolutely no pressure with their office selling things you don’t need. Dentist is wonderful and truly takes their time with your exam. Also, the office is extremely clean! Bankhead Orthodontic Specialists - Carlinville Melisa Hillman: I have only had an initial consultation appointment with for my son, but we were very impressed at the Carlinville office. My son was very fearful about going to the orthodontist after we had a consultation appointment with the office in our hometown. I was also not happy with the other orthodontist. At Heintz & Bankhead the staff was great and the orthodontist restored both our confidence in having the work done. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, respectful, explained everything clearly and was very personalable. We will definitely be get the work done here!
