1 /5 Joanna Aanrud: Im giving one star because I cant give a zero. I went in for a scheduled ultrasound for my breast and the wait was very short but the nurse should be fired. I said I didnt want my mother in the room and the nurse told me "Well since your a minor and your parent isnt in the room something could happen to you." What a gross thing to say also she basically is saying i shouldnt trust anyone working their. On top of that she was rough even though I was already in extreme pain. Then proceeded to tell me they basically cant do anything for me thanks for wasting a bunch of my time.

3 /5 Valerie Gergits: Brought my 91 y/o mother to er d/t weakness and blood in stool from diarrhea for 2 days. Thought perhaps a blood transfusion would make her more comfortable. Her er visit was great the nurses and the PA were great. They did labs and it was found she did need a bit and her K+was elevated. She was admitted for transfusion and to reduce her K+. We thought she would be discharged the following day once she was stable. We were told she could no longer be treated as she had elevated k in Nov and this was a reoccurring problem . She, the np said she could be discharged with hospice which we agreed and my other sister would care for her with hospice in her home. This np was on a power trip or was threatened by our large family . I felt her behavior was unappreciated, unacceptable and unprofessional. We as a family love our mother and of course want her to be comfortable in her last days. They forced her to take a 1 hour ambulance drive, which will probably going to cost her and us at least 5000.00$ or more cuz shes not stable but wants to send her home with hospice to die, makes no sense to me, we as a family do not appreciate that treatment at this time.

5 /5 Mike Williams: Not my real name - I had as wonderful an experience as you could possibly have and still have to go to the hospital. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, kind and caring as can be. Best hospital experience Ever (Im 71) and I will Never go anywhere else.

1 /5 Retro AP: Joke of a facility. Apparently being asked a question by my doctor about my medication means its no longer a wellness visit and now theyre trying to bill me for that. Keep in mind it was the DOCTOR who asked me about my meds, I didnt bring it up once. Tell me how I can even have a wellness visit (which I need in order to receive my meds) without talking about said medication? Spoke to someone on the phone about this a couple weeks ago and was basically told it would "go to review" and theyd put a hold on sending me spam. Fast forward to today and I recieve another bill in the mail. Nobody that works here cares or is willing to help. They bought out the place I went to before them, and since I was forced to make the switch due to monopoly its been nothing but problem after problem. I cant wait to read their generic copy/paste response about how theyre gonna share my concerns with the team. Absolutely pathetic attempt at showing that they care, they dont. PATHETIC Edit after OSF replied: Ive already been in contact with you people about this over the phone. All that happens is I get transferred from person to person with 10 minute holds in between until eventually nobody answers. Why would an online feedback form make any difference when you people cant even handle a simple phone call? Predatory and fraudulent billing

I’ve requested a different provider Jennifer Ann Nykiel MD was great.& made the situation better can’t thank her enough for showing me respect when I asked questions about my medical conditions she definitely gets 5 stars but other the pa getting zero
