1 /5 Darren S: I booked an appointment 10 days prior to the service date because they were booked solid. I dropped my car off at the appointment time, and I did not hear back for over a day. So I called for an update, and apparently, they never booked my appointment and the owner told me that I caught him off guard by dropping the car off. Unbelievable. What a ridiculous operation and a complete waste of my time and energy. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Phillip Swider: I have been using Genoa repair for my vehicles for the past couple years. I havent found a more honest and fair priced shop in my life time. When I compare prices, look up the costs of parts or services at other shops they always are right there or beat it. They also stand by their work and offer to work with you to get repairs paid for. When I needed a gas tank replaced and fuel lines flushed out they were the only shop around me that would even tackle that project. With all the work I have had done I never felt like they were making up a problem or blowing a problem out of proportion to make more money. They only fix what needs to be fixed. These are good guys and they actually care about the customers.

Amelia: Its incredible enough just to find a responsive mobile mechanic, and Tonys Mobile Auto Service redefines what it means to go above and beyond. Hes knowledgeable and communicative, he prices fairly, and most importantly, he values honesty and integrity above all else. I was broken down at a rest stop in a beast of a vehicle, model year 1989, after a faulty starter set off a Rube Goldberg machine of mechanical issues. Anthony did everything from calling other mechanics (including the one who had last serviced my vehicle) to help diagnose, to arranging the tow truck, to coordinating with a buyer when I ultimately decided to sell my vehicle. His associate John was also incredibly communicative and prompt, and even offered to run to a convenience store for me if I needed things. Both of them were also meticulous about proper Covid safety protocols. Anthony talked me through my options every step of the way, he always made sure I approved something before ordering a part or working on a repair, and he never charged me for anything unexpected. Getting the job done right and delivering what he promises is his top priority, and I cant thank him enough.
