5 /5 Nathan Hall: My family spent the past week in Central Arkansas and on the way home to Wisconsin, (2 hours to go), I experienced a sudden loss of power with the engine (misfire / spark plugs, cold pack and wires). I immediately became sick with anxiety as I had my wife and four kids with me, and now we were possibly stranded. I was able to stop at a near by rest stop near Paw Paw, Illinois on US HW 39N. I had no idea what I was going to do, I didnt know where to go or who to call. It was a Saturday at 6:00 pm. I was refered to Tonys Mobile Auto Service by a local parts retail store. I was able to describe what I observed with the van over the phone and Tony was exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone, he even ordered the parts for me at a near by parts store and came to our rescue. There was no crazy parts fees and no mark ups, I paid for the parts outright at retail cost. Tony gave me a few hour window as he was currently on another call. He arrived an hour early, having me only wait 45 min which made the family happy. He had the tools he needed and the job was done within 30 min. Tony and his partner were extremely professional, knowledgeable, prepared and fast. This may have been just another job for them, but for my family, it was a blessing.
