5 /5 Lt. Colonel David K. Swendiman: Five stars in part because its one of those rare and precious " Sweet Spots in the City"- a get-away and sanctuary. The giant Weeping Willow Trees were a favorite. The Canadian Honker Geese are cool. The whole place was flooded from recent storms, but still an excellent choice. Spent hours there on the river.

5 /5 Tim McNinch: Page Park debuted its brand new Community Disc Golf Course today, Friday, October 2nd, 2020. About 50 people of mixed age and skills came out to discover what its all about, Alphie. Great little park, narrow, about 1/3 of a mile long, along the Rock River. Picnic tables, fishing, boating and now Disc Golf.

4 /5 Jay Kemp: This is a nice park located in the center of town with a lot of activities. The Dixon Park District has done quite a few improvements over the last few years and made this a great park.

Larry Sharon: Smaller than expected or remembered. Believe we visited here years ago but cant be sure. Anyway, if youre into classic cars you cant go wrong with this homage to a great American car brand that was sadly and memorably discontinued by GM so that the grandpa-shitbox Buick brand could live. Cause there are so many more memorable cars that Buick made, other than the Riviera, than Pontiac did with the Grand Prix, Bonneville, Trans Am and, of course, the incomparable classic GTO. Which is one of the reasons I buy Ford or Dodge now because GM kept Puke-ick instead of Saturn or Pontiac. But enough pontificating. If youre into cars, visit here. The displays change frequently so you never know what youll see. Our visit had a couple of 1930s era autos including the brand Oakland which Pontiac absorbed early on. Also had an early 80s Trans Am, a beautiful convertible 70s Grand Prix, and, awesome of awesomes, a 1970 GTO Judge. Stop by, peruse the cars and displays, make a donation and enjoy losing yourself for an hour or two. This is definitely worth a scheduled stop in your day.

Николай Баранов: This is not a museum, it is a real treasure for history or military lovers. I cant believe this place has so few ratings and reviews. The elderly people who met us on this vengeance were incredibly passionate about what they were doing. I can say that this is the work of a lifetime. I met the owner, whose name is David. He is a Vietnam War veteran. His father founded this museum. He is a veteran of World War II. This is an amazing story. Each military uniform in this place belongs to a specific person and you can read a short biography of this person. This is incredible. We also saw a huge amount of weapons, ammunition, uniforms, models of equipment, various parts from airplanes, cars, bombs, newspaper parachutes. In general, everything connected with almost all wars of the twentieth century. This is much more than just a museum. This is part of history, part of the lives of the people who work in this place and the people who live nearby. I recommend this place to visit to everyone who is nearby. It seems to me that you need a whole day to see everything that is there.
