Barb City Automotive - DeKalb Lana Haines: I took my 2017 VW to Barb City because my A/C wasnt working for the the third summer and it was really hot. It was easy to get an appointment and I was able to take advantage of a free A/C check and also get 10% off the cost. John explained every step of what they checked, what they could fix, and figured the problem was the compressor. Although I had to leave the car overnight while they got the part, it was fixed by noon the next day! They were friendly, helpful, and direct, and I appreciated them explaining everything. The cost was very reasonable compared to the service I used previously. I will continue to take my VW there.
